I like the drama (outside the whole icky "africa savior" trope and generalization about a WHOLE continent used…
I guess is because it plays in the whole "fate" thing, South Koreans are really into the concept of fate and destiny when it comes to love and relationships so it makes sense they would put that in tv shows but it would be good to see something different once in a while
I've been waiting for Lee Sungkyung to stare in a drama for two years but I don't know how I feel about this yet... The Africa plot was very weird and out of place not to mention ignorant, it adds absolutely nothing to the storyline so I don't see why they need to put it there. Regarding the cast I'm very excited to see Sungkyung acting with Jung Shin, I didn't really liked the male lead tho, no offence to him and his fans I just don't think he has the ML appeal, like he doesn't stand out to me at all but I'm looking forward to see how the drama goes.
