The murderer leaked to Sungmoon about the corruption going in at the prosecutors' office through sexual favours, etc through a broker, which was directly tied to Park Moo Sung. This might have hurt Hanjo because PMS was tied to them, though I don't remember if that had any particular effect on them. Later, Si Mok leaked to Sungmoon about the weapons export scandal which Seo Dong Jae recorded in Lee Chang Jun's office, which was a big hit to Hanjo.

I was discussing this somewhere else, but, yes I do think they wear flats throughout the drama to appear closer in height to JSW cuz he's a shortie. But I actually think their flats are very flattering (sorry, I had to) and go well with the outfits, especially matching Bae Doo Na's whole vibe here.

It hasn't been confirmed that PMS hit Yoon's child but I think it's a pretty popular theory by now and it would make sense. The question remains of who killed PMS because it doesn't seem that Yoon did.

I think it has something to do with his son being killed in a hit-and-run (remember that Park Moo Sung was also involved in one). While I don't think he killed him, I think he might've kidnapped & stabbed Kwon Min Ah to further the search into the corruption, since I think he was involved in it and was ostracized in some way (remember when he said 'or be ostracized' for the aftermath of the disbandment of the team in ep 11/12). :) Just theorizing over here.
I'm getting weird and starting to ship Seo Dong Jae & Young Eun Soo. I know it'll never happen but…
I also don't think he lacks empathy, I think he's just an opportunist who doesn't know how to play his cards right, which is why I really like his character (yay, flawed characters). But back to my (doomed) ship of him and Eun Soo - I think he mentioned at some point that he has a kid, which might mean he's already married.

Dropping this after episode 10. I just can't forgive what they did to Choi Woo Sik's character.
I'm just not happy with how villainous they made him without much of an explanation or real reasoning. Also, a lot of the stuff he was doing with Aera makes no sense if he was truly as scheming as they made him out to be. It just turned me off from the show as a whole. :(
