Mu Dan finds out that her mother was actually poisoned. It was Wu Bo (that old man who takes care of children of you remember from part 1). Mu Dan confronts him and he asks her to go on and kill him but when she does, Jiang Chang Yang comes in between and its revealed that he knew all of it all along. He stops her from killing and stands between them to get hit by that knife (or maybe some small weapon idk) by Mu Dan. He says Wu Bo has spent the rest of his life in atonement. He Weifang is heartbroken to hear that and calls him a traitor. She moves out of the Jiang Mansion later on and breaks that bracelet that Jiang Chang Yang gave her.
I was literally crying during that whole conversation of He Weifang, Jiang Chang Yang and Wu Bo. Who is right who is wrong ,don't get it but it was definitely heart wrenching. And Mu Dan left the Jiang Mansion, oh my...
I started watching it too but it was really slow and dragged and unnecessarily long so I dropped it by only watching Wei Zheming's love story with that girl. Only their story seemed interesting to me 🫣
Actually yes. I am running out of patience too. I initially wanted to see many more episodes of them being together
Honestly I was never into slow burn but Flourished Peony felt good and I started liking slow burns but yeah right, this is getting too slow, I can't have so much patience 😭😂
