As always, MDL ratings can't be trusted because this drama is nowhere near a 9 let alone an 8 even a 7 would be doing too much, a 3 maybe for the handsome male lead that has less screen time than the supporting characters

the only good thing about this show was masato and his handsomeness

Hosomi was by far my favourite ikemen, loved this drama, it was unique and fun to watch

honestly this was quite interesting considering that fans like this actually exist

wow I really like Tantei Jin's complex character portrayal, the actor did a great job depicting various amotions and I liked that the actions of the main characters made sense and were explained unlike in other dramas where sometimes actions literally make no sense

idk it's kinda boring, also I don't think it's cute when an employee has to put their life on hold just to answer to every whim of a CEO, it doesn't matter if he's handsome or whatever, at this point in my drama journey I'm over it

Wen Ke Xing my love was so charming and handsome and I was on his side whatever he did because he literally deserves the world

male lead was handsome, female lead was pretty, both weren't annoying, yeah this was an okay watch

I wouldn't have completed this if it wasn't for the male lead, he's handsome which is why I liked looking at him but otherwise I wouldn't have watched it at all

I enjoyed this drama, but I feel like they could've done better with the ending

ooh I like it, loved that it was the male lead that was from a different world and that he was quite cute when he learned about modern society

yes basically ji chu and gong ye successfully infiltrate the palace and ji chu wants to kill the empress BUT the dumfck ji yun for whatever reason wants to still protect and save her, while ji chu and ji yun are fighting, gong ye saves the king and then suddenly sees his chance to kill the empress and he goes for it but then wan'er jumps out randomly and takes the hit for her mother and dies instead...

then ji yun breaks down because he had taken poison prior to the fight so that he can die and ji chu can take over and then the empress wants to kill ji chu but the FL appears and takes the hit and dies instead...

and then that's it, ji chu becomes the king, ji yun is saved by gong ye, wan'er is dead, gong ye is depressed and the fl died too and went back to the real world where she meets the ml again for a second before the drama ends
