I enjoyed this drama, but I feel like they could've done better with the ending

ooh I like it, loved that it was the male lead that was from a different world and that he was quite cute when he learned about modern society

lol yea you definitely did yourself a favor

yes basically ji chu and gong ye successfully infiltrate the palace and ji chu wants to kill the empress BUT the dumfck ji yun for whatever reason wants to still protect and save her, while ji chu and ji yun are fighting, gong ye saves the king and then suddenly sees his chance to kill the empress and he goes for it but then wan'er jumps out randomly and takes the hit for her mother and dies instead...

then ji yun breaks down because he had taken poison prior to the fight so that he can die and ji chu can take over and then the empress wants to kill ji chu but the FL appears and takes the hit and dies instead...

and then that's it, ji chu becomes the king, ji yun is saved by gong ye, wan'er is dead, gong ye is depressed and the fl died too and went back to the real world where she meets the ml again for a second before the drama ends

what the fck the ending definitely made me lower whatever I wanted to give to this drama like dumb decision after dumb decision

wow what a unique plot, I really enjoyed it and liked all the characters even the side characters, everyone was likeable, very well executed and the male leads acting was great, he portrayed all these different emotions from being gentle and cute to intimidating and creepy, props to him

wow I really enjoyed this but I need a season 2 already

loved it, a feel good drama with slapstick comedy, a handsome male lead and a cute female lead, recommended

midway it became a lil boring and childish and I didn't find the male lead handsome but the female lead was cute, overall an okay watch

glad I dropped this drama midway and went to the last episode to check if this garbage had any value, it didn't

wow I absolutely loved it, I loved the female lead and the male lead, they did a great job, intriguing storyline and great music, I also feel like this was the perfect length per episode because only important things were shown, honestly recommended

damn this is one hell of a boring drama, yes the male lead is really handsome but if he's boring then that's just not enough

wow I really loved fumas acting especially his expressions, they gave me chills at times, overally a good drama to watch if you want something intriguing, I rated it an 8 only because I personally didn't like the last episode and I wanted to know more about his past

I gave this one a 7 because
- I like the male lead, he was handsome and I enjoyed his scenes and understood his actions

BUT
what I disliked was the one big detective guy that kept beating people up and then turning around to lecture the male lead on what is right and wrong, like? Beating people up to the point of almost dying, threatening people and moving the way he did he wouldn't be a police officer anywhere because that's literally the definition of unlawful, that's why I thought he was annoying and I hated all the time he got in the drama
the other person that was also annoying was the reporter that somehow had this unimaginable power out of nowhere to do whatever she wanted and to livestream to all of korea with a click which literally made no sense
and then there was also the guy who helped vigilante and was his fan or whatever that came out of nowhere literally, and he knew the identity of the vigilante, from where? we don't know and why he was this obsessed with the vigilante

but then also minor things like the end where suddenly the male lead friend jumped out of the bushes and saved the male lead and died for him instead and then the reporter made it look like he was the vigilante
But also things like there's literally no backstory to any of the characters, like, where does the male lead come from, why does he think the way he thinks, there are literally no anywers

and then we have the last episode that was just chaotic, like a mass gang fight which was just ridiculous honestly

anyway all in all an okay drama, but they could've done better I feel like 7 is already a generous score for whatever this was

I give this one a 7/10 because it was good but it could've been way better
