RJL visual in costume drama depends on his hairline, he look different with this kind of hairline compared when they use his real hairline like in One and Only and The Demon Hunter's Romance (he already skinnier here like in Love & Crown)——and he's getting skinnier and skinnier, it even looked like he lose muscle mass. 😭
From my understanding, he kinda refuse to bring his chubby cheeks back, he said in an interview that if he gain weight it's his face that gain the weight first so it's a disadvantagement for him personally.

Besides, He purposely losing more weight for this role i mean dude you are skinny already why bother losing more weight 🥹

and his eyebrows 😂 if only they just use his real hairline and eyebrows but they prefer to follow the novel's.

and this love & crown was an S+ budget drama, maybe the first episode editing was intentionally like that because the other 3 episodes' editing looks different.

i think zuer's voice and the cangcang voice actress' are not similiar at all, especially peng xiaoran's real voice is so different with zuer's but i can see why some people felt zuer & xiao ran are look alike though.

i think it is just a preview, i've a feeling we'll revisit thoses scenes again on the next certain episodes.

if we get another sad ending with this one, at least it will be the last sad ending dramas for us fans because his 3 upcoming dramas will have happy endings, even all his rumored dramas have happy endings 😆

not related at all, both dramas' premises might sounds a little similar but the vibes and plot are totally different, imo.
