The name has changed to "Nian Xiang Si", meaning "Longing for You", but the official English title seems to be "Longing for my Beloved", as per the poster.
My guess is that they'll announce the show on the 20th, during iQIYI's annual investment conference.

🍉 They are currently building the sets, and filming is expected to begin in May (some say early May, other late May/early June).

Yesterday, a reputable melon owner confirmed that Yu Shuxin and He Yu will be the leads, so I'd say that the rumor is now most likely true. Preparations are expected to begin in July, and filming will start in August.

I'm still shocked that it exploded to such an extent WITHOUT Netflix. Imagine the explosion if it would start airing on Netflix, as well...

The editing, especially in episode 1, was really choppy. I think the show suffered from them cutting 1 episode last minute. I'm also glad I stuck with it, because it gets sooo much better!
