SEAKEEN MY BELOVEEED i can watch seakeen in anything and i'm intrigued that it's directed by p'champ. i don't think he's directed any gmmtv shows since 2gether, and as someone whose favorite bl of all time is 2gether (which i understand is an unpopular opinion lol) that makes me excited, i want to see how his work has grown.
Because it was released during the period of high anticipation between MSP and My Love Mix Up, when GemFot madness…
that's good to hear that it's just the first few eps that were a bit rough. i will definitely try to watch again, i have such a soft spot for these two now
I dropped Only Boo too 😞 idk, it felt like it was lacking something...but I love SeaKeen and omg this series…
right, their acting is amazing and i also feel like they just keep improving! such a fan of them now, i really hope they have a show at gmmtv 2026 i'm excited to see what they do next
this show is SO good it makes me want to scream. i haven't enjoyed a drama this much in so long. waiting for a new ep is painful LMAO. after watching this i immediately binged mu te luv: hi by my luck, which was tbh one of the best bl dramas i've seen i can't believe i slept on it. i had tried watching only boo when it was airing but i dropped it pretty early because i wasn't super into it, but i'm thinking of giving it another go now because i need more of them and idk what else to do waiting for the next ep ðŸ˜

i don't think it's weird if another country tries to adapt another country's work and incorporates their own cultural interpretation. that's been happening since forever. take skam for example, there's so many remakes of the same show where each one has a different vibe depending on the culture. if the criticism was about the thai version is trying to fit in the japanese culture, that was not very clear. can you elaborate on that point?
The huge difference between thai and Japanese accent, culture and way to express themselves is showing up now...I…
i do not think you have bad intentions in saying this, but pointing out how the two my love mix-ups showcase the difference between thai and japanese culture and then saying in the next sentence that gmmtv destroyed the show just comes off wrong. you are free to criticize this show (i personally see a lot of flaws with it), and you are free to say that the japanese version is better, but please do not say thai accent, culture, and expression is what ruins the thai version.
this may not be the most polished show but it is so wholesome! the main relationship is so healthy and they managed to go 11 episodes without pointless conflicts. every time i was afraid they would go down a miscommunication route, that never happened. it is really such a breath of fresh air. i was worried that, even after the show going so positively, that there would be an absurd fight somewhere down the line but i feel assured that the final episode will be just as sweet as the rest.
