Haha that's exactly what I thought before I started it, but by the time I finished watching it I was obsessed I actually ended up wanting for more. Give it a try you won't regret it.

Both love between fairy and devil and love like the galaxy are my absolute favorites actually I would rank them the same despite being very different genres. You may find first few episodes a little slow but its worth it.

I have been hearing so many good things about this drama but I'm kinda skeptical because bullying and violence in kdramas is brutal. Does this focus completely on the bullying or are there other aspects as well?

Despite its flaws this drama will always hold a special place in my heart. Special shoutout to Lee Joon Gi for his brilliant portrayal of Wang So. He was the heart and soul of this drama. I have genuinely never been so impressed by any other Korean actor's acting, he was too good.

PS why is this still not available in Netflix worldwide? I need to watch all the cute and heartbreaking scenes in HD to laugh and cry better :/

Dylan wang as Dongfang Qingcang was perfection. He brought life to the character. I loved his portrayal of the fierce moon supreme but I have a soft space for his portrayal of orchid when they swapped the bodies plss he was so adorable I couldn't stop laughing.

What a brilliant work of art..I just watched it recently and I can't believe it took me this long to watch it. Can someone recommend me more brilliant Chinese historical dramas? I'm a sucker for beautiful romance, not fond of shows that revolve too much around politics tho

Exactly..the actors had commitment issues (can't blame them) but the show must go on with or without them (so can't blame the production team as well). They should consider themselves lucky because an actor of lee joon gi's caliber decided to take on this role despite the criticisms. That man just never fails to amaze me with his acting, i'm sure he'll nail the role of eunseom/ saya, let's just hope the director and writer don't mess up on their part.

I can't wait anymore. They've been shooting for a long time now they should be done filming soon now. Lee joon gi and shin sae kyung are literally saeguk king and queen, the frustration because of the change of cast is understandable but no disrespect towards the actors will be tolerated.
