Sorry I will be dropping it. I found myself not laughing at any “funny” scenes and felt it to be too draggy. I didn’t like any characters except for Vincenzo and the girl’s dad.
From ep 21, I wonder if Ruge can avoid those lanterns because Yin Xue put a spell to protect her or because she's a descendant of Anhe Palace. If she IS from Anhe Palace, then is An Yeluo her real father?!! Omg so much plot twists if that really happened!
(Edited): Her mother is actually the first disciple of Anhe Palace.
I love NIF2 as much as NIF. NIF2 has weaker political intrigue but I can relate so much to the characters and I was so emotionally invested in them than NIF. However, NIF has both strong protagonists and antagonists that it’s so fun to watch! NIF also has strong female characters that NIF2 lacks a little.
The drama itself is realistic, simplistic and really heartwarming. The whole cast is superb! Junho is becoming one of my favorite idols-turned-actors. Woo Jin-A complements his acting at the same time. I can't believe this is the first drama that Woo Jin-A has acted, I'm looking forward to her future projects now.
