Exactly, Mone was the villain, they just gave her a love interest and boom, she became the fl, or atleast they were trying to make her the fl ;-; I remember in S1, the episode where before everything on that Island happened, Min Do-hyuk went on that tower shit or wahtever it was to dance with her, I was genuinely mad like, bro weren't you basically also responsible for Dami's death? And now 5 years later you dancing with the same girl who killed her (Mone hit her with that brick because she didn't wanna confess before the whole thing)
Also I'm sure these people didn't actually try get revenge because they wanted to get revenge for Dami, everyone had reasons like Yang Jin-mo, who wanted to kill him because of Noh Paeng-hee, etc.
Everyone else, they all suffered way more than Han Mone, who's exactly the reason why this all even happened, ever did.

Seriously, because I when I was at the near end of this drama, I genuinely hated the fact that Han Mone did not get punishment, and Min Do-hyuk and Mone most probably still liked eachother. Only after I saw a few reviews marking the same thing, then did I realise that I very fortunately wasn't the only one who thought this.
Exactly 😠Like why only Han Mone didn't get punishment?? Girly thinks she's getting punished for what she did to Dami by living with Hwang Chan-sung. Her life with Hwang Chan-sung was NOT punishment for what she did to Dami. She thinks just because some guy is obsessed, possesive and toxic for her, she's getting the same suffering what happened to Dami 💀 NO YOU'RE NOT. Dami got shot to death, she took a few bullets, and died with a shot in her heart, also literally beaten up, wrongly accused and ignored by her own mom. But Geum La-hui ACTUALLY and very deeply regretted what she did and got revenge for her, so I didn't hate her in S2.
All this happened because Han Mone didn't want to turn herself in, because she wanted to debut as an actress by making some other innocent girl's life hell.
I also hate that Min Do-hyuk likes Mone, like it does not made sense at all. Min Do-hyuk, the same guy who wanted to help Dami after some misunderstanding, ends up liking the girl who made Dami's life hell?? Bro, you need help.
