I dont think this can be resolved unfortunately. There is a high chance that the drama will be cancelled. It's a PR nightmare for both production team and MTY. I feel sorry for the main actress, apparently she has been working hard on the drama. Not to mention, both LMD and MTY act in Legend of the Female General and it just got license a few days ago. Look like now the drama will have to delay schedule to edit scenes got both actors.

LMD had decided to withdraw from the industry, but only after revealing all the dirty secrets and dramas in the industry, especially between him and the director, producers and MTY. So far, there are proofs that he was badly treated by the crew. MTY is not unblamed in this drama, apparently he was unprofessional, notoriously known for being late all the time, even in other TV shows and dramas.

I agree on the first few episodes arent that great but the drama improves markedly later on. Apparently both PXR and JH need time to adjust to their role, or it could be the fault of the director or editing team. Anyway, while Jun Jiu Ling is not the best drama out there, it does not deserved the exaggerated complaints or its current Douban rating (come one, Chinese audiences gave such low scores as they disagreed with how Zhu Zhan should look like). As for AvenueX, she is so biased and scathing that Im suprised that people still subscribe to her channel. Personally, I like Marcus here. He does not always give reviews on dramas, but when he does, it is very unbiased and he gets his information from several sources as well.

I never like her. I watched a couple of her videos before and there were so much negativity and ridicules that I felt that were not warranted for. I could only watched a few minutes of her videos before moving. But a few that I watched never got anything good to be said. I actually sometimes wonder whether she did say anything good about any drama.
