Captivating

I won't say a negative word about the acting because it was spectacular. I just finished the drama in one setting and it kept me determined to finish it. I don't know why people are saying the story lost it's way. Because the given name is already telling you how the FL crafted her identity. And the story stayed true to itself. Also, the viewers who are trying to find the motive behind all of this I guess you didn't noticed but it was all about how it's the love/hate relationship of her for luxury goods. And she also fulfilled her ambition even though it doesn't belong to her anymore. Because just like the investigator said, "how does it feel to con the whole world?"
On the side note, This is one of those dramas that I don't know how to rate. It's great, it's not a masterpiece, but it was really good to watch.

K-Drama Hype vs. Reality: A Mid-Level Watch

Here’s my two cents on this drama. It’s still ongoing, but wow, I had no idea how K Industries’ PR works. So many new accounts appeared just to give 10/10 ratings right after the release—some even created their MDL accounts on Jan 17 or 18. Whatever it is, the drama itself isn’t anything extraordinary. The FL tries hard to channel Kang Bitna, but her acting is just… mid and it feels like a torture to see her overacting. The other cast is good, but sometimes it feels like they forgot how to act.
I definitely wouldn't recommend spending time on this. The trailer was good, and I thought it could be another quality romcom, but for me, the main issue is the overacting. It felt like they were trying too hard to be funny and silly, which prevented it from feeling natural.
Also, as a foreigner, it was cringe to see how the main character orders everyone around on the English team-telling them what to eat, how to train, and how to approach each game. I thought that is what managers are for. He is portrayed as a "superman" among the rest of the mediocre and not-very-smart players.
I realize this comment might be unpopular since I'm not doing the show any favors, but I hope I can save someone time by suggesting they skip it if they are looking for a quality show.
