Not Every drama is worth the rating
As someone who hasn’t read the webtoon, I actually found the drama fresh and interesting. I’m not arguing whether the FL is a psychopath or sociopath because there's no rule that every main character needs to be empathetic. The actress truly delivered an amazing performance. What disappointed me the most was how the director altered the story. Since the drama is meant for a general audience, the FL shouldn’t get a “free pass” just because she’s the main character. The ending felt overly biased and honestly quite weak. The webtoon’s conclusion seems far more logical, and the drama was rushed to the point where the FL’s character lost its depth. That’s why I ended up giving it a 6.

Didn't Live Up to the Expectations
Honestly, it felt quite flat and didn’t really live up to the expectations of a modern dating storyline. Jisoo’s acting also came across as rather dull for most of the drama, although she did deliver well in a few scenes. On top of that, her makeup throughout the series looked unusually pale. The characters lacked depth, and unfortunately the same can be said for the storyline. While the plot itself had a fresh idea, the execution simply didn’t deliver. Perhaps it was a good decision for Netflix to release all the episodes at once—otherwise viewers might have dragged their disappointment and criticism out week after week. But in one words the drama was easy to follow and worked nice as a romcomWas this review helpful to you?
Not Every Drama is Romantic but helps you to understand what is LOVE better
This drama felt less like a simple series and more like a beautiful storyteller weaving emotions, values, and life lessons into every frame. From the very beginning, the director and writer proved their vision was not only clear but deeply impactful, creating something that resonated with millions of viewers around the world. It was not just entertainment, it was an experience that touched the heart and made me reflect on love, emotions, and the essence of life itself. One of the most striking aspects of this drama was how every single episode carried meaning. There were no fillers, no unnecessary detours just a consistent delivery of messages that stayed with the audience long after the credits rolled. Each episode contributed something unique, whether it was a touching emotional moment, a powerful moral lesson, or a reminder of the beauty of human connection. This ability to make viewers feel and think at the same time is what truly set the drama apart.
However, as much as I adored the series, I couldn’t bring myself to give it a perfect 10 out of 10 rating, and that was largely because of the ending. The finale, though not entirely disappointing, felt slightly rushed and incomplete. It left me wishing the drama had been given more space to breathe perhaps an extension beyond just 12 episodes would have allowed the story to conclude more naturally and meaningfully. A longer run might have tied up the loose ends and provided the closure that the characters and the audience truly deserved.
Despite this minor shortcoming, the drama remains a remarkable piece of work. It succeeded in teaching valuable lessons about love, life, and emotions, and it left a lasting impression on me. Very few dramas manage to balance storytelling, emotional depth, and moral lessons so effectively, and this one did it beautifully. It may not have been flawless, but it was still a journey worth taking a drama that will remain in my memory for a long time.

A Refreshing Plot with Missed Potential
I honestly can’t rate this drama either high or low. The storyline was definitely unique, but the split personality angle and the tragic backstory didn’t really blend into the core of the plot. After episode 7, it felt like they ran out of solid material to sustain the drama any further. Still, I’d say it was a good and refreshing watch overall. Was this review helpful to you?
Brilliant Plot, Breathtaking Tension
The drama stayed true to its plot from beginning to end, and it was absolutely breathtaking to watch. The characters were well-crafted, and even as someone who watches a lot of thriller K-dramas, I struggled to figure out who the killer was. I genuinely couldn’t guess the culprit until the very end. The writer did an impressive job overall, but I still rated it an 8.5 because the killer’s motive felt a bit weak. The reason behind the murders didn’t seem strong enough, and I believe the writer could have developed a more compelling justification for it.Was this review helpful to you?
Not Worth the Rating
I might get some hate for this, but I don't think the drama deserves the rating it's getting, much like Dynamite Kiss. The first half of the series was genuinely strong and had me hooked, but once again, the writers seem unable to handle the latter half properly, making it increasingly difficult to watch. I'm already on episode 9, and I find myself skipping scenes just to get through it for the sake of finishing. At this point, I might end up dropping it next week because there isn't much left that keeps me invested. The early episodes were excellent and kept me glued to my seat, but the storyline simply doesn't have enough substance to justify 14 episodes. It feels like they're dragging things out unnecessarily. The drama would have been much better if everything had been wrapped up in 8 to 10 episodes. Was this review helpful to you?
Life is all about fruits and flowers ❤️
Not everyone may share the same perspective I do, which is why I choose to rate this drama an 9.5. It is not the kind of show designed to please a universal audience. Instead, it belongs to the slice-of-life genre—subtle, realistic, and emotionally grounded. It does not rely on sensational twists, exaggerated romance, or dramatic clichés. Rather, it captures life as it is: imperfect, uncertain, and yet beautifully hopeful. One of the strongest elements of this drama lies in the portrayal of the male lead. Although his father is a CEO, the narrative does not present him as someone who has achieved everything effortlessly. Instead of glamorizing inherited privilege, the drama explores his internal struggles, failures, and emotional growth. It emphasizes that comfort and opportunity alone do not guarantee fulfillment or success—human development still demands resilience, self-reflection, and hard work.
Equally inspiring is the female lead. In many dramas, love becomes a distraction that overshadows personal ambition, but here, her character stands as a refreshing contrast. She holds tightly onto her dreams, refusing to abandon her aspirations for the sake of romance. Her journey reminds viewers that love does not always have to mean sacrifice; sometimes it coexists with independence, ambition, and self-respect.
At its core, this drama portrays a timeless truth: life may knock us down repeatedly, yet brighter days do arrive. Through its characters and storytelling, it presents a compelling message of perseverance—that even after numerous setbacks, success and happiness are possible.
Admittedly, some viewers might find the drama slow or uninteresting, especially those who are unfamiliar with themes like business, trade, or economic struggle. But as a business student, I connected deeply with every aspect of it. The narrative resonated with my academic interests, my beliefs about ambition, and my understanding of how progress works in real life—not instantly, but gradually, through trial and persistence.
In the end, this drama might not be entertaining for everyone, but for those who appreciate realism, emotional maturity, and character-driven storytelling, it is an unforgettable experience. For me, it was not just a drama—it was a reminder that growth is possible, love doesn’t require self-abandonment, and after every fall, life eventually opens the door to something better.

Annoying FL ruined the Drama
The writers really ruined this series. I don't know what they wanted to portray or what kind of story flow they were going for. The plot just revolves around the second lead having a romantic storyline with the female lead. They should’ve focused more on woojoo – he’s the main character after all. That’s why the title is 'our universe'. The storyline should have been how both the young uncle and aunt manage this sudden parenthood, all the struggle, how both balance their work and home. The only one who is balancing both is the uncle, taking Woo-Joo to his workplace, faced issues because of that, sometimes sacrificing his opportunity for WooJoo, he even has character development, and developed chemistry with Woo Joo. Meanwhile the aunt is just having her own office romance drama( which has no connection with Woojoo)🤦♀️Really not loving this. Everyone is watching this drama for the baby not for the annoying FL.

The Drama You Don't Want It to End
This is the kind of drama I wish could go on forever. Seriously, how are you telling me it's only 12 episodes and not even 16? We don't need another boring, predictable romance or those repetitive thrillers that become exhausting after just a few episodes. This drama was such a refreshing experience, it genuinely lowered my stress levels because everything about it was top-notch. I haven't read the web novel, but the adaptation was an absolute chef's kiss for me. Literally cried watching the last episode. I want season 2 with 70 episodes now!!!!Was this review helpful to you?
No So Ordinary Neighbors
The drama was genuinely heartwarming and never tried too hard to appear relevant; instead, it focused on the organic bonding between neighbors, which was truly chef’s kiss. The storyline was simple yet perfectly executed, and the actors delivered strong, convincing performances throughout. I still don’t understand why the drama received such a low rating, as every episode felt like it passed in just twenty minutes. The comedy was well-structured and naturally integrated into the narrative, never feeling forced or out of place.I rated the drama an 8.5 out of 10 primarily because Sullivan’s revenge arc lacked coherence and felt scattered. It wasn't really relevant to become an issue this big. I think the character needed a more depth for taking this kind of big revenge. Apart from this it was really enjoying.

Slice of Comedy
I really enjoyed the movie. It was light, warm, and had just the right touch of comedy that made it very easy to watch. I truly had a great time watching it. The young girl’s performance stood out the most for me she acted so naturally and beautifully. Her portrayal of managing relationship with her fathers girlfriend throughout the film was nicely done. I also liked the way the kids made the movie fun. 10/10 fun watch. Was this review helpful to you?
Mixed Feelings
I think the story had great potential and the execution was impressive overall. However, the last two episodes didn’t quite live up to the expectations that the earlier episodes had built. The open ending left viewers with more questions than closure, and I’m not sure whether there will be a second season. The male lead truly carried the drama. The first eight episodes were well-paced and engaging, especially with the legal focus. But later, the storyline shifted heavily toward corruption and moved away from the legal cases. While I understand the intention behind that direction, I expected the other cases to continue running alongside the main plot. It’s not a masterpiece, but it’s definitely a decent watch. I enjoyed following it weekly while it was airing. That said, I don’t think it has enough suspense or intensity to binge-watch in one sitting.

Garbage!!!
The writer was probably high when he wrote this garbage. People kept saying it was really good and super relatable about social media and stuff, so I thought I’d give it a try. It was an absolute waste of my time. First of all, nothing about the streaming app made any sense. When everyone was busy looking for the girl, were the country’s police just sitting around with their hands up, or watching with popcorn? Nothing really made sense, and it felt like the writer just thought, ‘Let me write some random nonsense.’ And nowadays the MDL comment section is garbage too — as if they got paid to say it’s such a great movie. Was this review helpful to you?
Face Card Can’t Save the Drama
I know this might get hate, but I’ll say it anyway. Whenever a drama with a popular actress is released, people often hype it up with positive reviews without even watching it. Even if the acting isn’t great, they start bringing up her past dramas which completely misses the point, because we’re talking about the new one. I felt this with Kim Hye-yoon’s latest drama as well. I had been looking forward to this drama for a long time, but once it aired, it just didn’t feel right. The acting felt overly cheesy, and the plot was way too predictable. I could already tell where it was going. Honestly, both the male and female leads felt unbearable to watch. Their “face card” alone shouldn’t give them a free pass. I’m writing this review for people who don’t get swayed by popularity or visuals and are simply looking for a well-written drama with a strong plot. If you’re looking for something fresh or different, this drama probably isn’t for you.I guessed the pay was high enough for boarding both IU and Byeon Seok. Just because this is a drama of IU, I have seen people calling it a masterpiece, even people are not allowed to give negative reviews. But the truth is, this is just an average contract marriage drama with a fantasy element. For me "Because this is my first life" will always be the benchmark for contract marriage dramas. IU actually did some overacting in this drama, but I guess that's her character but the way people are defending her, comparing her acting with Hotel Del Luna, no way both characters are the same. I am not questioning IU's acting as that's her character but definitely questioning her drama choice after When life gives you a tangerine.

*DAE-BAC*
I started watching and DAE-BAC I was genuinely impressed by the storytelling. The actors delivered phenomenal performances, bringing their characters to life in a very convincing way. Especially Jin ki Joo was spectacular. What stood out most was how the series explored every stage of the education system while presenting both sides of the story fairly, highlighting the mistakes and shortcomings of all parties involved. It also sends a powerful message about the importance of proper law enforcement and how adhering to rules can help build a stronger educational environment.I ended up finishing the entire series in one sitting because it was that engaging. Highly recommended give it a try!
