Not even close to best dramas and doesnt deserve this rating. It's like one of those American or Indian movies where the lead actor is a one man army. He can do it all. He is perfect. He can fight, fly, save. He will take one look at the patient and initiate the perfect diagnosis and treatment. Zero character development. The villain are so one dimensional. It seems we have passed the golden age of kdramas if show like this is supposedly the best they can offer.
I am on 15th episode and i understand the criticisms. The plot twist was so idiotic i cannot believe it.

No hospital would assign a random man as the legal guardian of someone who is going into brain surgery. They would call their parents or whatever.
After she wakes up, she says she read all the newspaper articles to get upto speed. Did you not read the article where, in a press conference you accused Eun Seong of blackmailing you and your husband?
She got a brain surgery and she has a head full of hair???
I can name so so many more unbelievable things that has happened.
Usually, i suspend my disbelief over plot points which makes no sense to enjoy the show but this show is just unbelievable. Doing mad plots for the sake of madness.
I have only watched 3 episodes till now and i dont even care how this show ends, the ending of 3rd episode made me laugh so much, i haven't laughed like that in years so i will always be grateful to the show for making me laugh so much that my stomach hurt.
