Honestly, I was a bit confused about whether that woman was really Lion's mother. But when one of the cops handed a photo to the detective, he mentioned they found shoes belonging to the father and a child at the bridge. So it seems like that woman could be Lion's mother and Hiroto's half-sister. I'm not entirely sure, just my thoughts, but I hope this helps😊
Michito giving the lion book to Lion really hit me hard. You can tell that the book means so much more than just an object; it's a piece of his security, and he chose to share it with Lion. I can already tell I'm going to be crying a lot while watching this drama.

This is the first time I'm laughing in this drama. Byeong is so funny that he should be a comedian, rather than a detective, or even a comedian in prison. I don’t understand what Jeong’s life has to do with this! 'A loyal lackey who followed him just to get an ice cream.' Seriously? Jeong was surrounded by snakes, not friends. This is definitely not friendship. What bothers me most is that Byeong isn’t taking responsibility for the rape of Bo-yeong; he’s shifting the blame onto Jeong, saying that Jeong led him to do it. This is completely cruel.
I feel sorry for Geon Oh for having such a despicable father. I hope he suffers even more now.
Damn, most of the people in this village seem shady. I can't find a single innocent person among these petty folks. And wow, Lee Ga Sub is truly exceptional. His performance as both Su Oh and Oh is fantastic.
Each episode makes me like Song Ho Young less. He seems so out of touch with reality, and I’m not sure what he’s planning with Kang Heon’s daughter. It’s really frustrating to see Pan Ho, dealing with the consequences of his son's crimes. Pan Ho is visibly suffering, unable to eat or sleep, and living in fear, while his son does nothing. I’m not defending Pan Ho, as he also has his flaws, but it all started off wrong and he shares some of the blame. The characters’ morality is really hard to swallow.
But the new prosecutor is fantastic. The scene where she enters Kang Heon’s house with her shoes on and arrests his wife was very satisfying.
I hope the previous investigator is okay and that nothing bad has happened to her.
This movie is interesting, but I felt it left many gaps with little adequate explanation. From what I understood, it might have been the result of Yeong's paranoia. I don't know, it has a great cast, but it wasn't well utilized.
