I think both actor and writer together made this bland

This trend of casting skinny pale white korean actresses is making me sad. They aren't relatable AT ALL. how are we supposed to think these are normal humans working in korea and not idols/actors/models

seems more like a kdrama trope than reality

not defending anyone or anything here but i would like to highlight that he lies to be by her side and to secretly protect her from a possible danger while she heals, since the "accident" she got into wasn't really an accident but an attempt to murder and he knows it. i can understand there is still no need to lie to an adult regardless.

he also rejected her knowing she was about to propose in the past and then ghosted her if i remember they didn't date for ten years exactly barely a few

Felt it too. there are several scenes where he is just awkwardly standing and doesn't know what to do. These characters are so lifeless. It's sad but it's been a decade since we actually saw him in something good and natural.

created the most evil manager who should have had legal action taken against him only for him to not get any consequences at the end. nothing made sense. used the "he/she takes care of me when I am sick" trope and the miscommunication trope to add something to the romance when it was perfectly fine on its own without the drama. the characters didn't need this much drama, went downhill.

recently i got the when you see the actor is just acting onscreen kinda vibes

i think the actress playing the fl in the second couple is the best among them all

writer is pretty weird for this type of writing honestly. the characters themselves are good but the events just don't make any sense.

the writer is making the female lead character go in circles. it's very old way of writing

i saw the behinds. kdramas are just getting mass produced and these type of actors shouldn't be choosing such scripts. they seem to have put a lot of thought into the scenes but atp we all can say the script just has literally nothing. it's practically empty.

the conflict at the wedding was so deliberately done that it almost felt like the characters are just puppets to the writer. she had so much thoughts before getting into a relationship, even had a discussion with her two different friend. so i am struggling to understand what suddenly changed now at the wedding for her to walk away like that.

shouldn't the worries regarding dating someone from work come before the relationship and the worries regarding that person leaving to work in other country be a problem after the relationship.
