Agree! There are many photos there that are better than that one. But the MDL admin is not really great at this. I heard it’s not easy to replace it, as it has mostly been rejected by the admin for no clear reason.

LYX doesn't only have a smart-bone, guys, but has possessed an art and musical talent as well. Some’ve commented that she didn't really know how to play the piano in one of the Love between Lines episodes. But she actually could! She’s learned music properly from a young age, perhaps just needs a short moment to refresh it when not been playing for a while.

It is still a masterpiece, despite the rather mediocre ending!

This is a fantastic drama. Initially, watching it for Lu Yuxiao. In the end, I enjoyed everyone's performance, all the ladies. If only Hu Yitian could be more expressive, it would have been perfect. One of the best historical dramas I have ever watched.

Technically not really. It can barely be called a breakup. Perhaps onlylasted for one episode!

Any drama with her as main lead and dubbed using her own voice were quality ones and highly rated. If you like costume, try Love in the Clouds and Blossom in Adversity, and Time and Him are just Right for modern. She’s a rare smart savvy C-actress, and getting better and better in recent years. She’d nailed any characters!

If you like fantasy costume drama, you should, it’s worth investing my leisure time to watch it, aparenty even more than one. It’s just one of the best drama in that genre.

I did like the open ending, too. Given her current standing, Wufeng could think that YWS had betrayed them and fallen for GZY, since this was supposed to be her last mission before retiring. But, highly likely, they wouldn’t let her and SGQ go freely, no matter what. So, the last YWS scene could be brutally interpreted as her end discovered by Wufeng. Tho it’s true, we would never know, as it’s incomplete. Hence, I said it wouldn't be too outrageous for her to be killed that way. But if you observed time and place-wise, it wouldn't be impossible for GZY to save herself also. My imagination would be running multi-dimensions for the closure, but certainly don't want either YWS and SGQ killed either 😄 This is why MJTY was truly a thrill!

I kinda second that. The greatest manipulator on paper should be Yu Weishan. However, as perhaps Esther Yu's acting was overshadowed by LYX, Yu Weishan’s character was portrayed in a less convincing way than Shangguan Qian’s, which had a stronger sense of conviction. It arguably could perceive Shangguan as a better manipulator. Though killing Weishan was perhaps a bit too much for the ending 🙃

I’ve just finished MJTY also! She’s absolutely brilliant, Shangguan Qian, my all-time favorite! Her chameleon face is fascinating… She’s not the most stunning beauty, but her unexplainable, addictive beauty somehow lingered for an awfully long time. At least for me.

It’s kinda intense drama with dark characters, and a slow-burn, complex, non-chronological storytelling. If not patiently watching, it can be confusing or frustrating. Plus, if you’re a big fan of a happy ending, you would find the cliffhanger ending rather heartbreaking. But for me, it’s a beautiful masterpiece. We just need to use our imagination to make our own story for the closure.

I just finished watching My Journey to You! After watching that more I truly understand how she is a very special C-actress and deserves awards and recognition! Lu Yuxiao and Cheng Lei acting and chemistry through their eyes and voices MJTY were insane! LYX chameleon looks and acting, yet she’s still herself in real life, have given me more reasons to happily be obsessed with her as an actress and a person.

Shangguan Qian! As she could make the loyal and most powerful Gong, Shang Jue, shed tears trying to hold back his affection for her and at the same time to fulfill his duty in protecting his Gong family! I also mentioned that these two were the highlight of the show! Brilliant acting!

It’s worth it if you appreciate beautiful cinematography and complex characters acting. It may not be an easy watch for some but It’s brilliant and I enjoyed it.

A masterpiece drama, disregard the ending! This is also the first time I didn't get annoyed with Esther Yu, as I’ve perhaps dropped most of her dramas. I could bear watching her here, no overacting, it’s just perfect. Tho the highlight would be the second lead couple who definitely stole the show. For many reasons, the insane acting and chemistry of Lu Yuxiao and Cheng Lei did get me most excited, and I was drawn to feel their complex emotion each time! Their eyes and voices were THE acting! Who wouldn't get that after watching this! 10/10.

That’s def in my plan to watch list already 😊 Tho what I’ll look forward the most perhap is her in Dancing with the Tide as the director was same with Royal Nirvana which was stellar heart-wrenching but yet emotionally beautiful drama! Would be interest to see her step-up acting skill. Unfortunately, it’ll be a long wait for both 🤞
