Besides the romance which was too cheesy for my taste, very well made historical drama that captured my attention to the end. It had quite a few exceptional scenes, like the final moments of Prince Jin Pyung. Bravo
One very rare case of a k series having a lot of drama without ending up too melodramatic, with excess crying and people over-reacting and dragging a 5min scene to a full episode (that you end up fast-forwarding through) I enjoyed it very much Give it a chance, it may surprise you
I was rolling my eyes so much to all the pretentious slow dialogs between the characters in the last 2 episodes…
I completely agree. I was so pissed with Ji Ho's attitude on the last 2 episodes and her supposed naiveness on what effect her actions would have on Se Hee that it ruined the drama for me. Only saving grace was the Soo Ji/ Ma Teppyo moments
Ok so, since I couldnt find anyone mentioning this while scrolling doooown the comments I ll be the brave one
like, I m at ep.11 weren't there really any other people that thought the family, and especially the father, were overeacting like crazy about to the son having a gf while studying for exams e.t.c (so I wont spoil)?? Dont know about you guys but that didnt give me "best father in the world" vibes at all.
In any case, I ll keep watching cause everybody says the real story starts after ep15 so i havent lost hope yet Not that I hate it, but its been average - till now at least
eerm... i am actually against mentioning Sky Castle in the book, or making any references to real events on that specific case unless she s had explisit permission from the family I get that she s trying to raise awareness about such issues and I m all for it but if it was about my family and I didnt know about it, suing d be the least I d do and shameless the least I d call her
Erm sorry for throwing in a comment irrelevant to the ending, couldnt take it lol but i m on ep.10 And I just wanted to say that running away is a perfectly rational and acceptable behaviour when you have a serial killer threatening to kill you... Specially if you have a kid Besides that, pretty good so far
