Yes, there’s actually one scene in the ending credits where the ML takes the thunder punishment for the FL I think. The FL interferes too much with mortals' fates, which I believe is why the ML seals her powers to protect her from the consequences. Ultimately, however, both she and her son face punishment from the heaven.
