Another fun fact is that their old official Weibo account was dead and has been deleted. They only launched their new Weibo account and their first Douyin account four months ago under a new name. The drama changed its title once due to copyright issues.

Like I said, they are only doing that after they have re-obtained the copyright. Their weibo account was dead before that. They only opened their douyin account after they re-obtained the copyright, which is not long ago. 99% of the time, a drama would open a douyin account before or during filming, but it took TLRC nearly 3 years.

TLRC only posted posters and clips when they re-obtained the copyright. They actually went quiet for nearly 2 years. They were dead silent after releasing the first trailer so many people thought the drama was shelved

The thing about airing VoS in March is that it’s such a bad time to air a drama domestically, as March is a cold period for the C-drama market—if not the coldest. The holidays are over, students are back at school, and people are busy starting work again. If they want the drama to do well, March is not a good time for it. 😔

Dubbing is probably the least of the issues causing the delay, as they are very professional when it comes to it.

I personally think VoS has definitely been delayed. A strong indication is that it was sitting at #2 in the 'Coming Soon' section, but now it's at #3, with other random dramas taking its spot. 😔😔😔
