Lol, Shiba Media is getting greedy and desperate—they're clearly still trying to take control over JJY. They're scared she will blow up even more after VoS (she's already really famous), which is why they're choosing to make all this noise again right now, just as the show is about to air. As a JZ fan, I'm seeing the exact same shady patterns that JZ had to deal with from his old agency.

Different situations but those agencies' playbooks and goals are pretty much the same. They want to maintain control of their actors/actresses, and if things don't go their way, they will pull dirty tricks to destroy the actor's or actress's reputation and career.

JJY's case reminds me of Joseph's case, when he beat his shady previous agency after 3 years of battling.

One thing I noticed about Youku is that once a drama is close to its airing date, they put it on the front page in the "Coming Soon" section, and the number of reservations jumps up dramatically. For example, The Vendetta of An was stuck at 2.6 million for a very long time, but once they did that, the drama surpassed 5 million reservations. The same pattern holds for other dramas as well.

So, I'm expecting VoS's reservations to jump dramatically as well.
