I don't know how many times I've rewatched this drama, it so great and addicting! 70 eps is not enough I need more of Emperor and yingluo 😭😭😭😭😭... their love story in this series is so different from the dramas i have watched, i really thought that the 2nd ML won't get the FL and yet here I am so fucking happy that they ended up together 😭😭😭😭😭... I watch this series at least 3 times a year coz I always miss it, and I never find anything that has the same troupe as this, that's why I always ended up rewatching this shit 😭😭😭. The costumes, the colors, the soundtrack, the acting, the romance, everything are perfect! even the villains were perfect! No dull moments, filler episodes, annoying characters, unnecessary plotlines, from ep 1 to 70 you will get engaged, entertained and intrigued, you never gonna expect that you're watching the last 5 eps already because you'll keep wanting more. Idc about the others, but for me this is the best cdrama I've ever watched, and it's been years since I started watching cdramas and yet, none of it can top this absolute masterpiece of a series. Damn... hahahahaha.

I love this so much! the angst, the pining, the longing, it's all there!! Thank God it's a Happy Ending, all those tears that i wept were worth it haha.

i hope yibo became a captain again, i miss seeing him dancing huhu...

The best part of this series was Bang Won...his character was charismatic and interesting; I hope the whole series was about him taking the throne from his father, ugh... they should make a spin-off, I never would've finish this if it wasn't for his story arc, when they revealed that he was the final villain boss I was literally rooting for him to win and I'm glad that he did hahahahaha.

naaaaah it's not a happy ending, it's actually bittersweet, no goodbyes, no last words (at least they kissed for the last time), the scene where the king was asking if he lost something, that was really heartbreaking huhuhu, and then cut to bong's timeline where he reads the book about the king and saw the painting, and then finally laughed at the joke that the king made...that was so cute, I cried so much aaaaaahhh. Idk about y'all but for me they're soulmates aaaaahhhh. The series was really great, but the writers failed to make an impactful ending, they could've made a scene where they meet again on the present time, or a scene where he really revealed and proved to the king about his real identity, or a scene when the king realized that what bong's been saying about the future was actually true... AAAAAAAhHHHHH, but still it's a really really great series, I gave it a 9 coz I love it to the max!

JJH was so cute in this show, the chemistry of the leads was great, I hope they went on the romance route even if it's a slight one. I want them to work together again aaaaaahhh.

ugh why did they give it a short cliffhanger ending, additional 4 mins wouldn't hurt anyone, but still it's a good series, I just wish the ending wasn't rushed it could've been better.

the first 3 eps were slow, so many questions and happenings between the characters and then it'll slowly unfold on ep 4 until ending and u just suddenly found yourself crying between those eps. It's a good watch!

The reason why this show has high ratings is because it's entertaining and rewatchable, even the politics parts were funny and not boring unlike the other medical dramas where the politics swallows the whole plot of the series. I don't care if some of the scenes weren't realistic, but like the actors/makers said, they made the series as realistic as possible since IT'S A FUCKING TV SHOW and not a documentary. Love the ML, love the chemistry between all the characters, and I love the Tagalog Dub the most! haha.
