Exactly and people are treating as if this is a zero sum game when it’s not. I actually plan to watch 25 21…
I didn’t know people were hating on PMY for her pairings but to me that is so stupid. She really elevates her costars in a good way, nobody could do Secretary Kim or Song Deok Mi like she did and that’s a fact. It’s sad that other women feel the need to bring her down to prop up some male celebrity. I also think after Nevertheless, which I could not finish since it was so bad imo, people also don’t like Song Kang in lighthearted roles which is a shame because in almost all his projects like Navillera, sweet home, Beautiful Vampire, that’s the side he shows most. But anyway I’m going to keep watching and ignore the haters ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I don’t really see the need to put them against each other because I’m really enjoying this as well as 25 21 at the same time. Both have such different stories, but both are good. 25 21 has more angst and slow burn and a better OST in my opinion but this drama is good too, better than average for its genre. Park Min Young really is the queen of sweet romances. While this is lighthearted and maybe not as well developed as 25 21 I actually like that there isn’t a slow burn and that the leads get together quickly and confess their feelings and talk to each other a lot. It fill my heart to watch this after 25 21 fills me with longing for them to get together lol. I like both and I think they each have their own appeal and people don’t need to constantly compare or put them against each other because they are dramas for us to enjoy and look forward to weekends in these 2 months!
I think yurim reacted that way because she doesn't have seen people came for him due to his father debt. She may…
Tbh personally I think Yurim is too busy thinking about herself and her inferiority complex that she forgets other people have struggles too. Like we saw with Heedo she thinks just because Heedo has more money than her that she didn’t work as hard to become a good fencer.
If anyone else has anymore predictions/ theories, please share! :) I just love talking about this show hehe.
I think another little Easter egg may be in the titles nameTwenty five twenty one. Maybe for whatever reason something happened and they spend 25 or 21 years apart from each other (I hope not) and they will reunite after that. It could give the title a double meaning and I think it would be clever. Still it hurts my heart to think about them not being with each other 😭
I love that he is forming a little crush on her first, episode 4 really shows that he’s developing romantic feelings for her. I’m not saying that he’s fully aware of them or pursuing her with romantic intentions but the feelings are undeniably there and he keeps finding excuses to go see her and tease her and he has heart eyes whenever they are together. Still I don’t think anything will happen between them until at least a year passes because of he were to pursue her romantically when she’s in high school that would be weird lol. Still I love all of their little interactions and seeing how she has become someone really special to him in the past 2 episodes 😻
Lmao I mean obviously the show isn’t finished but I can still share my impressions of the story and characters, that’s kind of the point of the comment section lol
yeah tbh i like the guy but i still skimmed through their scene in the hallway, i don't really care yet. her changing…
I noticed that too. She seems like one of those girls that is ‘nice’ to people she doesn’t view as a threat, which is honestly just as bad as someone who is just cold indiscriminately
I know I’m just saying even though it’s supposed to be part of her arc I still really dislike that she is a bully and her character in general does nothing to endear herself to me
I know it’s supposed to be part of her character arc or whatever but I really do not like Yurim. Every time she appears on screen I groan and have to resist the urge to skip. She is just as much of a bully as the senior girls, and there is no justifying that no matter how ‘hard she worked’ or how differently she acts with Yijin and her mom. Just because she isn’t mean to everyone doesn’t mean that she’s not still a bully. I don’t really care for her romance story either with that boy who liked her. Just my personal thoughts anyways.
I think more than any of these what really needs a second season is Arthdal Chronicles. It’s such a diverse world that we have barely begun to explode and the last season ended on such a cliffhanger 😭 plus it’s not like it’s based on books or game or anything where you can get closure another way😭 I need season 2 😩
So many of the actors pop changed today😁 I guess the fact that I noticed just shows how much I keep coming back to see how long until new episodes come out 😂
