I suspect if we look into it, we'll find a lot of the crew from "I am Nobody 1 & 2" worked on Seven Relics. I kept getting hit with deja vu...The same intro art graphics, the fight scenes all have the tai chi vibes (re: Wang Ye's fight scenes from IAN), and the FL acts like she has difficulty processing emotions. I understand why Feng Bao Bao from IAN was like that, after all all her memories were wiped. But I need to watch further to figure out why Mu Dai is acting like that.
I admit upfront that I'm here for Song Wei Long's face....he really can get away with his acting purely on looks. But THIS particular role really suits him, and I think he's shining in this role.
