This drama is adorbs. It does the time loop really well without making the viewers bored and the banter/chemistry between the leads is cute. It's a charming quick little fluff drama (albeit with stiff kiss scenes) that is totally worth the watch if you are looking for a sweet pick me up that makes sense!
They just mutate back into a tree together? I wish people wouldn't have put that as a happy ending when replying to others. It really set this drama up for failure for me. I don't think of that as a happy ending, it was just a waste of time of them going around in circles saving each other pointlessly only to go 'die' or 'mutate' back together. We can't really even be sure.
And the alternative ending is just lazy writing. It offers zero explanation for anything so it feels unreal and pointless. It would have been better for the writer to come up with a proper explanation if they really wanted to to do a "happier" version of the end.
I didn't even want a wedding/kids scenes, just both of them able to live normally together in the end. And if I had known that going in I may not have continued watching this, or at least would have not felt so irritated at the ending.
Um......what were the last 7-6 episodes? I felt so cheated, did they change the writers in the last third. I kinda want my time back.
The start was so great, all the characters and story were so different from your average c-drama. It was a brand new concept that I really enjoyed even if the chemistry between the leads was a bit weak in the romantic sense, the story more than made up for it, if a tad too slow. Then episode 22 came about and it was just filler nonsense after filler nonsense. It finally picks up again around ep 26 only to go back downhill in the last 3 episodes.
This is a drama that develops really slowly, at times even the actors deliver in their lines too slowly. But it's detailed and no black and white characters are presented here. Everyone has a complex back story so there's no one you can hate completely. That is until you get to the end and start hating on the writer for their weird change in direction.
You can watch this if you want something different have patience but be warned the last few eps make you really question why they did that.
This has been on my PTW list forever and finally gave it a go. This is comedic gold. I needed a pick me up after dropping the disappointment that was Love in Contract and this fit the bill perfectly. You can tell the entire cast had a blast shooting this, it's just ridiculous but in a good way.
I will say for anyone looking for romance there is barely any. This is more comedy with a (very) light sprinkle of romance.
Tried watching up to 4 eps and going to give this a pass. The subs may have improved since others commented but honestly still are very confusing. I'm not always sure what is being conveyed.
However the main reason I'm dropping this is the FL. She's just so.....dumb. She supposedly interned with big companies before and has a design degree but within her first assignment not only doesn't have a back up design (which designer doesn't???) but also she doesn't bother to understand what the client wants. It's painful to watch. She just cries every time something goes wrong because of her! And yet everyone is super nice to her about it. Even the client!
I don't mind that she's not all positive vibes and actually breaks down easily but after you see her whining for the 10th time in the first 4 eps you are over it. I think the FL was also miscast. She has more of a mature look to her so it's hard to relate to why she's always extremely forgetful/clumsy/making basic basic mistakes.
Really low budget drama with predictable everything and a lot of overacting/underacting but the FL was great! She really was convincing in her role. Would like to see her in more dramas.
OMG it's finally airing. I thought this was never going to see the light of day. What have been waiting for like a year or something? Now I have such high expectations.
My feeling exactly. The actor really acted his heart out. I really like the ML since Chicago Typewriter but the 2ML was everything in this drama and I rarely focus on the 2ML when I know who the Main ML will be.

Dropped this at ep 9. This is completely a waste of time. Draggy running the same premise in circles every episode, reminded me of Jealousy Incarnate. The story was so 2000s with the strong presence of 2ML and later introducing2FL. I wish they hadn't done the love triangle.
I think the story would have been better if in the first half they show the different guys she has helped with her service whilst showing her growing relationship with the ML and his character growth (something similar to Introverted Boss). They could have done some interesting social commentary surrounding marriage and the societal pressures. All this whilst also slowly revealing her past and what she has been through with Madam Yoo. That I think would have made for a more interesting story than some boring love triangle where we all already know who she will end up with from ep 1.
Do not recommend. Although I enjoy PMY's acting, I can't believe sometimes this is the same actress that was the lead role in Healer. She's picking some really boring scripts lately.
I have watched LiT (24 eps) time travel drama. This was a good show, i liked the version of time travel they chose…
100% agreed on the 2FL. Really wooden acting/facial expressions/voice. I was like omgggg do you feel anything lady? Your brother just tried to murder someone!
This was good, but not great. It was about 5-6 eps too long and towards the end I was getting really bored. I think if they had done 1 hour 16-20 eps this would have been better. There were too many repetitive scenes- with too little going on. I just wanted them to get on with the story but we were instead made to rewatch the same scenario on repeat.
ML was great but I think FL was quite stiff in some scenes. She still needs to be more natural on screen esp when she has to laugh. I legit cringed in her laugh scenes. Her crying scenes are good though. I didn't feel any chemistry between the leads unfortunately but that could just be me. I'm sure other viewers may have felt it.
The 2nd couple ML was also good but wow the 2FL was the most deadpan non expressive actress I have seen. Even her voice (not sure if dubbed) had zero inflection. Was she just so bored with the plot/script or is that just her?
About the time travel - very well done, for the most part they kept all their rules in place however I have to say, it didn't have the thrill of a time travel drama. I don't know if it's because of the way it was written or too many filler scenes, the time travel of this story didn't add much to the story.
Overall - an ok watch. I would recommend but I would probably not rewatch this or even scenes from this.
Honestly she's grown to be my favourite cdrama actress- she improves and shines with every new drama she does. I'm always checking her page on MDL to see when her next drama project will start airing.
