This reminds me of the saying, 'You can't love someone if you don't love yourself.' While I don't fully agree with that, I think that you can love someone, but the problem begins when you start to doubt their feelings because you believe you don't deserve good things.
The feelings she experiences are entirely human; it's more jealousy than hate that she feels for him. He is a confident and carefree person; he was always allowed to be whoever he wanted. While she needed to be the person her mother created for her.
This is why I don't believe in ''no one is coming to save you'', all of us yearn for a community for someone to see us, and we need each other so that we can see ourselves from a different lens and learn more about ourselves. Now it is true that we are the only ones who can make the change for ourselves, but we don't need to be alone in that process.
Loving yourself is a lifelong journey; you won't always feel good about yourself. However, it's important to recognize that, even when you make mistakes or face rejection, you are still deserving of good things and meaningful relationships. The whole show was her finding her voice, and they did a really good job showing how healing is not something that happens overnight. I’m looking forward to seeing how they develop this further (with only 2 ep left lol. Kind of wished this had 16ep :(( )
Not only it has memory lost, it has memory lost TWICE!
hahahahaha yeah as someone who's not a big fan of that trope it's really not that big of a deal, when it happened again, yes it was unnecessary but it was really emotional for me at least and it doesn't last long
For me, Princess is a strong character, but the problem I have is that her obsession with that man undermines her potential. Scenes between them can be uncomfortable to watch, sometimes bordering on disturbing dynamics. Her story could have been much stronger if the writers had invested more effort into creating nuanced female supporting characters. Too often, they are written as defined solely by their attachment to men who don't reciprocate their feelings. While stories about wanting love, marriage, etc, are fine, they become disappointing when female characters are reduced to begging for affection and hurting others.
Maybe if they truly fell in love and ran away together—not her running away because of him and betraying her brother, that plot was so depressing—or if she loved the other guy (the king) instead, it would be better. Just no obsession or begging.
And I'm only on ep 23 lol, so idk if something changes.
Li Qin reminds me of so many people, in some scenes she looks like Liu Shi Shi, then Wang Chu Ran, when she smiles its giving Bai Lu even the voiceðŸ˜ðŸ˜ do you guys know who dubbed her it’s really familiar???
I’m confused too. That’s why I asked in a previous comment how long they’ve been married. But nobody seems…
noo, I'm not saying anything about her actions i understand her side completely, it's his side that I don’t get. We can't always be strong and happy, even before the assault she was having a hard time and it felt like he was not there for her emotionally, i guess he realized that afterward and is there for her now Maybe it’s because we don’t really know what their marriage was like or how they even started dating

yeahh that’s definitely him, that's why I think he had this perfect idea of her, and then they got married and she was different She definitely doesn’t remember him, and that whole thing with her taking the loan is kind of a stupid reason for me, like idk all of the reasons for divorce could have been avoided if he just talked to her ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Maybe it’s that, but he never said I want a divorce because you took the loan, he is always saying you changed, that they are not compatible that she needs to do better, things like that, or maybe I'm just understanding that wrong😅

Yesss, it feels like they got married right after that date. And the whole divorce thing is confusing too😠Was he disappointed that she was different from what he imagined
I am so disappointed with her mother s attitude in episode 2, I wanted to literally slap my screen. What kind of…
You would be surprised how many people react like that, They care more about what others would say and think, and a lot of them don’t even believe the victim
I'm a little confused about their relationship, were they on a blind date and then got married? Because it feels like they don’t know a lot about each other

the actors are really good and the characters are all intresting and different
