I will be honest. I am disappointed and unsatisfied with the drama. There is a certain unfinished taste to the drama. The only reason I stuck with season 2 was the actors, season 1, LinSu and their international love. Its not often that we see a love story between countries in dramas.
Story -- The script is poorly written, dragged in many parts and rushed in some parts. Each episode felt like it was too long and many scenes were unwarranted. The writers tried to drag the heavy angst felt in the drama up until the last episode just for trp rating.
Characters -- Junsu and linh's characters were botched up. Junsu's few behaviours is understandable due to his memory loss but his character felt lacking. His indecisiveness and delay in telling his feelings or coming clean about his past with his family created a lot of mess for both Linh and Cynthia. He seriously lacked strong determination which the s1 junsu had. Linh's character was like a sore thumb in the entire series despite being the lead character. Her character did not have a backbone at all, she falls prey to others accusations easily, doesn't bother in defending herself and secretly spends time with junsu while he is still engaged. Even though she rebuffed him a few time she goes back to him once again. Every time she appeared on screen it was like there was no hope for living. She was living in pain constantly and I have no idea how she did not get depressed or go crazy like Cynthia and Junsu did. At the least she could have been stoic or indifferent for the pain she was experiencing. The rest of the characters were pretty good though.
Acting -- The main actors did an amazing job. Especially Nhu Phong to play a pain struck character for the whole series. Tae Oh did an amazing job with his change in expressions as his character changes. His subconscious longing for Linh and the battle within him can be seen through his eyes and it broke my heart everytime. Jung Hae Na was good in expressing her characters craziness. Its because of these 3 that the drama was worth watching and maybe a rewatch.
Overall this would have been a good drama if the writers had written a realistic version of linh. Her own moving on with her life without junsu and then meeting him once again. That would have been a good melodrama with feelings being realized and destiny reuniting 2 people meant to be together. This drama can be watched once but if you like emotional drama, specific genres or are a fan of any of the artists then you can watch it multiple times.
This guy has one hell of a talent plus his voice is so damn good that anything that comes out of his mouth is always convincing. He should definitely get more dramas
She's just naturally beautiful!!!! I loved all her dramas and I don't know why but I just love to see her together with So Ji Sub???? may be because of the ambiance of the web drama... I loved her innocence in one sunny day????????????
