honestly I think I figured out my biggest problem with this show, it never lets you like sit with a scene, it always immediately cuts to something else and we never really linger on one moment but quickly move to the next, so it feels all over the place
im a little confused, i know Bambi left prim for a year. But during the flashbacks Gorya has of them in college Bambi and Prim would have been together correct?
Its been a long time sense ive seen two people with this level of chemistry on screen. They were amazing and really carried this show, (the side couple were also very adorable). These two desperately need a second show together, they were amazing. The only big issue I had was that the ending felt a little anticlimactic and a little rushed. 8-10 episodes would have done with plot a bit better, but they did great with the 7 they were given
The ending scene was REALLY unnecessary Normalize consent pls
Her character was constantly displayed as controling and crossing boundaries sense ep1. This make sense for her character (not justifying the action) but for her character this makes sense. Its not good but its realistic
I really don't understand people on twitter trying to justify the end scene. I understand it was in the novel…
Romantic gl can and should have problematic elements. Its not normalizing anything, nor was it romanticized. For starters its a plot element, if it gets adressed and dealtwith great if it get ignored its a problem. But this happens in real life. Cheating and lying, and manipulating are also in gl shows. The show is rated 18+ its not for kids, they shouldnt be watching this to begin with
honestly they seem pretty wealthy compared to their neighbors, they also have the largest house out of everyone, seems weird that they are described as struggling
could someone give me a rough idea about what time period this would be? i know a lot of chines dramas technically take place in a fantasy time period, but what ever would be closest would be helpful
