her family while they do joke with her, are considerably nicer in the book, they take significant time to talk to si nicely and explain things to her. Si is usually the one whos to proud or misunderstands. Change seems to have gone in a different direction and kinda made them dicks

honestly, i kinda hate how they are portraying the father here, it feels incredibly unnecessary (while he was more straight forward with si in the novel he also acknowledges its his fault and doesn't talk to her like this) it feels like change decided they needed more drama with the family for Si's character development and it really makes me disappointed. in the book the family while they do joke with each other they aren't straight up cruel like he is in the show

watched 4 episodes and it felt like homework. dropping, the acting and chemistry are just not doing it for me. hell the story itself is just not very interesting

Having finished the novel now, i have a gut feeling this is going to be produced more like "us" where they kep characer names and some plot but make significant changes. After watching the pilot, if they stick to that they are changing like 70% of the novel tbh. Might not be bad but i actually really liked the novel (us the novel, im really glad theh changed lol)

I dropped Unlimited Love because of the writing. But they are so cute in this that its making me want to go watch that just to see more of them

you know what's really funny about watching this again in 2026, is that for one i realized ciizi was in this series, and the fact that HER CHARACTER WAS FUCKING RIGHT LOL. MAY new the whole time and i totally forgot that Pang straight up predicted that may new all along

im really glad, that peach and fay's characters got alot more developed in the series, while they are book characters they are hardly in the books, especially peach. Fay is there but very much in the background. seeing them more fleshed out is honestly really nice

ah going back and re watching ep 1, your right it is her kitchen. i just didnt expect them to live together because prim and gorya were gonna do it on the couch, but at that time min was probably staying with her BF.

Question, where the heck and prim and bambi when they are in the kitchen?? Cause thats not prims apartment, plus prim lives alone so min comings in doesnt make sense
