Agreed. The wiriting competency of their team will be the make it or break it factor for this show. The book itself already has issues with passing and plot direction. The story could be good, i was easily able to imagine them as the characters. But changes are necessary.

no shade towards the actresses/actors, i think they actually did a good job. Star Hunter Entertainment just do better man, stop adding plots and drama that arent necessary. the book is popular for A REASON.

they really should have just stuck to the novel, sun literally does go back to flints room that night instead of staying with her manager. There were so many ways they could have told this plot point, at least in the book they made the twin find the information about the ex, not destroy sun emotionally to catch the video leaker. Thats just fucked up. Sun in no way should ever forgive flint for that. THERE WAS ZERO REASON TO CHANGE THE BOOK ENDING, IT LITERALLY WOULD HAVE BEEN 10X BETTER THAN WHAT WE GOT., WTF WAS THAT REDEMTION FOR FLINT? LIKE SHE SENT FLOWERS FOR 2 MONTHS AND THATS IT?

Having finished the novel now. Im honestly hoping ch3 changes ALOT, these characters are so dumb in their ability to communicate for people whos entire job is to communicate

So here is what i dont understand. The korean monarchy in this is a constitutional monarchy, which would make it similart to the UK, Japan and sweeden. In those countries the king/royals have status sure, but hold very little outward public political opinions as they are basically figure heads who dont do much. I dont udnerstand why the prime minister in this seems to have such small power compared to the nobility in the show

her family while they do joke with her, are considerably nicer in the book, they take significant time to talk to si nicely and explain things to her. Si is usually the one whos to proud or misunderstands. Change seems to have gone in a different direction and kinda made them dicks

honestly, i kinda hate how they are portraying the father here, it feels incredibly unnecessary (while he was more straight forward with si in the novel he also acknowledges its his fault and doesn't talk to her like this) it feels like change decided they needed more drama with the family for Si's character development and it really makes me disappointed. in the book the family while they do joke with each other they aren't straight up cruel like he is in the show
