I know that if I start this I won't want to stop. It looks amazing, but i'll be on holiday for three weeks so i'll miss out. I'm 'patiently' waiting for the drama to finish and then i'll binge watch rather than undergo voluntary torture.

Good on you! =) And there's nothing wrong with watching a lot of drama's, no such thing as 'too many.' I know a few phrases from each, but nothing too substantial as of yet. I look forward to eventually knowing though.

Yeah, i'm slowly learning Mandarin, so hopefully I can sub in the future, but it's slow going (i'm not the brightest crayon in the box!) But I'll never be able to have the history and the background knowledge that others will.

It's really sad, maybe if they focused on other drama types - Like Chinese/Taiwanese/HK dramas, it's hard to find subs for those dramas whereas Japanese and Korean dramas have subs in abundance!

It's a very good drama, one of my fave's. I never get tired it of watching it. It's beautifully nuanced, mature and very well acted and written. Obviously - I can't say enough good things about it, but yes I fully recommend it! :)

As someone who lives in a country where Asian Dramas are not popular and can be quite hard to find (our internet is slow and extremely expensive also) this is gutting. Drama Crazy had such a good selection and came out very fast. I have no objections to paying for something - as long as they are available in my country (DramaFever i'm looking at you.)
