I agree.

After My Mister other dramas also created female leads that speak slow, and dresses like Jian. I just think its a very small detail to make it as a recommendation as a "similar thing".

I'm not saying this directly to you, but despite the fact that its a sad drama, I can't see how this one resembles My Mister or Lost. Other dramas are a better fit.

Review My Liberation Notes
Nice short review. Indeed MLN needs the slow pacing, because this is the essence of the drama. It's not that kind of slow pace just for aesthetics.

HW admitted that he was the accomplice 20yrs ago but how come he didn't get any jail sentence??
I thought the same when I was watching episode 16. Seems to me that he didn't get any jail sentece at all, although he is indeed an accomplice in the moment that he decided to be silent about dojun's murder. I can be wrong, but I think it was a plot hole.
