You are talented and have good acting skills. If you have preference of no kiss scenes then please don't force…
While I agree, the blame shouldn't be directed to only her, but her agency for getting her roles that didn't suit her preference and the production team's higher up for accepting her and making changes to the script. And for a relatively new actress to be able to negotiate on that, is she perhaps privileged?
I enjoyed this drama, it's a good roller coaster ride, a lot of ups and downs, but they managed to pull me back in everytime. and idc about this character is toxic that character is stupid. We can't always agree with any character and story. I watch dramas for the drama and they delivered.
where they complained about their fav novel? it's common in many other isekai or transmigration tropes.
entering a work of fiction they read as a minor role, waking up confused, fixing certain plot to go their way, then along the way becoming a main character of their own story. that too is a common trope in isekai or transmigration stories, way before lgief. I read and enjoy too many isekai novels/comics to identify these kinds of tropes.😂
excuse me, I went through your watchlist. on a quick observation, this drama is aligned to your taste. of course, the final decision is up to you as you know your preference best.
Go for it! The acting is top notch! Chang Chen in an xianxia drama with Nini is a gift!
Saw some bad cgi clips and the amount of episodes discouraged me... And the wigs.. But, I gave it a try and it's not that bad. Yes, they're the reason I consider watching this!😄
How is the transition between first and second life related to censorship?
I see. This is news to me. Considering China's Buddhism history and there's a whole xianxia genre, I thought they'd allow any kind of fantasy. Thanks! Now that I remember, I swear Blossom also has living the second life, turn back time trope. But, they insisted that the first life was from a storybook, somewhat of a propechy instead.
Alright I'm at episode 14 and none of this is damn "mild" political. X'D That's not mild. That's maybe on the…
my badðŸ˜. they presented it in a way that is not so frustrating, like other full heavier political dramas I've watched because they balance it with the romance. so yeah, elaborate but mild, to me😂. I'm impressed you managed to watch 14 episodes and honored because my comment is one of the reasons you decided to give this drama a try.
Thank you. I'll give it a try. I'm sick of heavy political stuff XD
the political part is still prevalent throughout the whole story because the plot is main couple overcoming political turmoil together. but it's easy to understand and you get to see them being lovey dovey. enjoy!!^^
May be, I guess? Nonetheless, I love Ji Yong's political opinions (while he was talking to Dou Zhao) and strategies…
yess, every bit has the right amount and complements each other. i said it was milder compared to other heavier political dramas, but it didn't hinder the overall story.
Last watched it some years ago, 2019? but I still remember most part of the movie, it's just that memorable to me. And sorry for being too woke, I've finished 2 of bong joonho's movies, can't help but noticed and feeling uncomfortable and wondered why are two of them involve
if you've seen heavy political stuff this drama is mild. the plot may be elaborate, but still mild. BUT the romance part DELIVERED, I'm highly satisfied with the main couple, they're just right.
Now that I remember, I swear Blossom also has living the second life, turn back time trope. But, they insisted that the first life was from a storybook, somewhat of a propechy instead.
