Do you mind putting your comment in a spoiler? Also have you not seen the preview? She will discover their shared…
Coval...I didn't spoil anything. What? The male lead temper? Hardly a spoil of anything, what a spoil of emotion? Very broad but if it bothers you then.
Sorry though, you're talking to a brick wall. It's just not logical. Especially with him bringing up marriage, then dating, then he wants to start to love her all of a sudden? I can't even remember how many times the director went in for that cringey close up neck tie moment or spontaneously having the leads fall on each other to further the leads relationship lol weak and unoriginal if you ask me. Our opinions differ so I'll kindly let myself out of this conversation~

All of a sudden he's head over heels for her, that's drastic character development for it being the very beginning of the drama... I guess people have different takes on what's fast and what's slow?

There was no spoiler. What have I spoiled you on Coval?
Yes, I saw the preview. Was not convinced. They always tend to put what the viewers mainly are interested and watching for in previews to retain viewership ratings next week. If she actually does uncover the past between them I honestly don't know what this drama would have to make it worth watching other than the "character development" you've mentioned. Also, with the character development. It's unrealistic. Yes, you can go on and tell me, "no shit sherlock, it's a drama", but honestly it happened way too fast which then held no meaning to me. You want to go ahead and tell me that the narcissistic boss of nine years all of a sudden is interested, warm-hearted, and jealous over his secretary?
Blame me for wanting logic.
I'm impatient for character development? Wrong. I'm very patient. This character development happened and finished in its first couple of episodes.
Comedy and Romances are not always executed like this lol but go off

Unlike some comments I'm reading, the ending of episode five was a complete disappointment. Actually, the whole episode was lackluster for me. Was not feeling the whole draggy angst over some male lead misunderstanding tantrum. Miscommunication, I understand. Taking a whole episode to resolve it? Ignorant.
I was sitting for an hour waiting for something with an ounce of importance to happen- 10 minutes after the episode has ended and I'm still left with an unsatisfied feeling. If this continues I may end up dropping the show. It seems to me that this show may focus more on this weird brother love triangle and the one little grain of rice on office boy's shirt than the actual main leads relationship and their shared past.

can we have woman haters of every kdrama leave the building pls thanks take several seats
Yikes you took my comment too seriously. Anyways, whether you'd like to be aware of it or subconsciously push it away from right in front of your eyes, you'd be lying so easily if you replied back to me right now and said that female leads aren't hated and more criticized than male leads. Now, before you take the time to tell me that hating a female character doesn't make someone a woman hater, I understand that. Lmfao yes I was exaggerating my point however it still remains that in every comment section you're going to get the generic handful of comments, most likely women themselves, bashing the female lead and praising the male. Hate to break it to you, sis, I do in fact know that there is both male and female roles to be hated on but without proper justification for the needless claims, such as the amazing, "the girl in this drama doesn't deserve this guy. She is really quite lame," yes you're going to have assumptions being made from others. Especially when this character has had such drastic character development and was portrayed exceptionally by Seung Yeon. I'm simply wondering what's so lame.

Lmfao the tea example is so on point! I will literally brew some tea or get up to start a pot of coffee when I know the plot is gonna drag with the extended scenes shot from a million different angles it frustrates me to no end.

it hard to watch a drama having no romance scenes, and it frequently happen in law dramas
Then don't watch law? Watch romance?
