I will wait to see how everything plays out first before I riot about xu si’s decision to postpone telling jiang hu about Baoxing’s intention to merge Aneda and TY. I feel Ms Yue and Zhaoyang should have also warned her about it at this point given that they are both aware.
I also thought the writers wouldn’t let Jiang Hu “admit defeat” and tell xu si she’s in love with him BEFORE the inevitable fall out, but I guess I was naive. The writers really chose violence by having them spend this much time together. Jiang Hu is holding back less and less. I’m disappointed with xu si’s actions at this point, he’s flying to close to the sun and he’ll pay a dear price for not telling her. Does anyone have the preview for eps 33-34?

yes — I think this is a deliberate writing choice as she is very much focused on building her business and not ready to open her heart fully yet.
I think the writing is deliberately trying to let us believe xs is going to throw her business under the bus — but I don’t believe he will, I believe he already has a plan B in place. I think there won’t be a major break up, just a (hopefully) short lived misunderstanding. either way I think if he truly betrayed her and her business, 7/8 episodes would not be enough to repair the damage that would do to their relationship. I think once they get past the “break up” / conflict — she’ll give him her heart a 💯
