They usually write in ways that they know the majority of their audience like/want to see. It keeps happening because that's what the audience enjoys. It'll stop once the data shows that changing.

Can't they still release the songs when they're AI? The people in charge of these things commission them to be made, so why don't they release them? I don't understand why they can't be put onto the soundtrack & just be labeled as an AI creation.

This. When they showed their new apartment at the end I was like, 'this is what they spent all that money on?' Both his and her places they already had were nicer and looked bigger than the new one. And they also wasted so much money on maintaining two places instead of one all those years.
