This was super cute, but I disliked the last episode. It needed more than it gave. Also, one of the pairings was a massive ick. Other than those two things, the show is a 9/10.
Episode 21 is so-so. Episode 22 is good. The last 2 episodes were disappointing, imo, but still worth watching.…
Makes perfect sense. I loved the first half, but the 2nd half fell a bit short for me. Still enjoyed it, but, similar to your sentiments, I was hoping to like it (the 2nd part) more than I did.
Oh! I remember you from an exchange under a drama, we seemed to agree so I’ll trust your comment here and watch.…
🤣😂 Oh my, It certainly sounds like you had an unpleasant time. I thank you for sparing me the suffering you endured. Now I can skip the recommended movies under this one. Thank you 🙏 🙏🙏. I'll keep searching elsewhere to find another J drama gem to share 🤞.
Found 24eps only. First two episode is telling story on how she married and divorce. Didn’t continue… anyone…
The second half, which is called In The Name of Blossom, is 24 episodes. This first half, Flourished Peony, is 32 episodes. Both halves make up one season/story. You can watch them on Viki or Mango tv.

I'm not sure, hopefully we figure it out someday tho lol. And, I will. I'm still exploring around, but when I find another Japanese show/movie similar to this I'll let you know. Please do the same.🙏

I've also had a difficult time adjusting to and enjoying Japanese dramas. I'm not sure exactly why, but I've just struggled with them. That being said, I did enjoy this movie. Going into it, though, I had no idea about the lore, so I definitely felt a bit adrift when it came to the backstory. It felt like there was a steady thread of missing information I should have known. The movie seems to have been made with viewers in mind who were already familiar with the story/characters, not those coming in fresh.
My advice would be to read a quick short summary of the light novel’s premise/ (that the movie is based upon) the overall story etc before watching the movie. I ended up doing this after watching it—when I really should've done it beforehand. Still, I thought the movie was lovely overall. Anyway, I hope this helps and that you enjoy it too. Also, I read they were likely to do a second movie, so fingers crossed they do.
* Edit: Nevermind, I just saw you already finished it before my reply lol. Sorry! I'm happy you loved it tho!
