Yes, I can rewatch the scene over and over again. Her facial expressions when she thinks maybe has failed make myoung joo confess to his crime, than change between mocking and feels win expression. Yap her voice tone is something.

Hanna does point the phone because villain is only standing still without any move. Villain is not known as criminal so killing him makes hanna become a murder in front of law. After broadcast him live, she can manage to arrest him but the situation becomes so chaotic. What she does exactly like what myung joo did to dongju in episodes 6-7. She makes brilliant counter attack.

Independent but can work in team… Act cool but not her heart. I also love her.

I want to drop my prediction for next episodes…

1. I think the reason for jonghyeon break up with hanna because he wants to protect her maybe from his family or other things. He has typical word every time he is in the middle of problem “What will change if I tell you” and he is kind of accepted everything without complaining and let it go something without trying. But Episode 10 becomes his turning point to tell everything he feels and stand for what he wants.
2. I am afraid Hanna’s father wasn’t good police as she thinks he is. When Russian boy came to her father grave, he put the favorite whiskey. So that means they were friend before and one of them had been betrayed. Maybe this fact will change her.
3. Inarko is looking for someone, who is she ? Will it be hanna or man sik wife ?
4. If Dongju let hanna go, I think Jongheon will be the one who convinces dongju not to repeat the mistake he has done.
5. For the ending, I am afraid they will give us such open ending.

I had try to refuse last night episode but i couldn’t. Can’t wait for the next episode.

In episode 4, Dongju narration about Sonny lipson and Muhammad Ali is sign that the team will be not easy to defeat myongju. Like Muhammad Ali they are new, but Sonny that time was heavyweight champion who was really experienced, had power, ext. I think there will be more sacrifices and efforts to win over myoungju, and don’t know what will happen to him, die or jail.

Number 2 : So do I, It’s like the scene is coming. But I am afraid I can’t watch good boy anymore until all 16 episodes release. The conflict started to intense and l can’t refuse that opportunity to become sad ending is bigger after Ep 9.

Watching Ep 9 makes me nervous for this possibility

I have finished all the episodes. As soon as they release it on Saturday-Sunday night then rewatch all the episodes until a new episode releases. I Love all the things about Good Boy. From the characters, the comedy, the teams, the story, the action, the opening and ending scene. This is unpopular opinion here but I get myself enjoy the way storyline is presented including how they represent the strong and bad villain. His innocent face makes him more cruel. I hope they will not ruin this lovely series by give us sad ending because the journey with this squad surprisingly is a happy ride.

Counting to Saturday… Feel so long 😭

You can watch it when you in the mood. Just watch something you like and make your day. But, if you are looking for light drama that makes you laugh out of the craziness every character. It will be your show. The squad is not exceptional police team where they will win over the villains in every episode. They are just ex-athletes trying their best, not to give up, get up again and again than fix the messed up situation. I personally enjoy every moments when they are together, even interaction and tension between the medalists and the villains are fun to watch.

If you are looking for the show where the plot twist everywhere, main villain show up in the end, different case in every episode, I think you must skip this tittle.

Yeahhh… this series like a happy pill for me. It is enjoyable, really fun to be rewatched. I love every character and their bonds. It is not yet end, but I already felt sad.

I am not 100% sure that they will not end game since ML has diseased. If he dies, he will ask the SL to protect FL. And When the 8th episode they show ML see the photos of them, like some hidden signs ?

1. This drama mostly about the kindhearted former boxing medalist and his life as police officer. How he deals with all the not ideal circumstances for someone like him. He is really genuine to other, pure, speak his mind directly, and never think twice for doing something right. Thats why the tittle is “Good Boy”
2. If we assumed this drama was a match with several rounds of two teams. We would be introduced to 1st Team as “dum and dumber” who the members are 5 former medalists, now cops with no power beside their skilled. 2nd team members are all “bad genius” who has soft spot in their heart except the main villain. As viewer of this match, please choose what team you are. 😏 Just watch what will every team do to win every round.
3. Some people don’t like romance, but for me it makes the story more heartwarming and gives sentimental side of main hero. So his action become more reasonable not only the obsession to defeat his opponents. 😍 They also unique couple and the chemistry between them really on fire.

I can’t agree more. I never thought Good Boy will be this good. I watch many varieties genre of kdrama, thats why I didn’t put my expectation hight for mixed genre drama. But, since the episode 1, I changed my mind, the excitement increases from episode to episode. After reading your thoughts, I think we have the same perspective in viewing this drama, so I would like to give mine which are only by adding what you've said before.
Ep 1-8: I feel something familiar with the way they create the storyline and introduce the characters. But it’s definitely not something common in criminal kind kdrama, will give us unpredictable mind master who revealed last. Yeah in this point, blame on me who thought they would do the same. After finishing some episodes, than I realized they gave us slice-of-life vibes that cover by comedy genre like what kmovie always does. Laugh in early minutes and cry in the end of movie (lately people called it ktrauma) Don’t forget the symbolism and its quote.

Ep 7 : I thought the tension shown in preview would happen in early episode, Dongju would get blamed because of his punches to MJY in last 6th episode. Because what happened was the opposite, I felt like I got a bit plot twist. I’m really happy know that than blame Dongju, the team fully support him especially team leader and hanna. The way dongju solve the problem in the end not only makes team gets him wrong, I’m also little bit shocked. Ahhhh go go hanna’s sweetheart good boy. You do great. You always make hanna can’t control herself in front of you.

Ep 8 : My most favorite narration is in this episode. The same words by hanna and dongju but in different vibes. KSH and PBG voice… its too good to be ignored. Also the actions… there is no word to describe it. So far, it is the best scene for the drama.

My general opinion : After so many times, Finally I get my favorite drama again. This is it. Actually there are many good things I want to say about Good Boy but for now I’ll keep it until the drama ends.

Watching Good boy like watch light comedy action and dark comedy criminal in one drama. The police team has that light side witch comedy and their lovely bonding as spotlight. When it comes to our villain the tone becomes dark. Surprisingly it works for me. I think they will add more life drama in the future episodes. And because we have reached half of the story, I believe that the focus plot will be how our heroes will fight to win over the war between them and Min Ju Yeong.
