This ended up being way better than I expected. A lot of the reviews had me prepared for a major disappointment but this was quite an enjoyable watch.

Acting:

Our boys did a pretty damn good job with this series. Boss put on a good performance in every version of Cir that he played and Noeul played Phu well too. Supporting cast were also pretty solid. The mom was a bit meh but that was probably due to the writing/story and not the actress, necessarily.

Writing:

Way better than I had expected overall. I really enjoyed this story with the exception of the whole mom plot which was pretty poorly done and didn’t really make sense. There were definitely some cringe moments in here, but I can live with a couple of those. I really enjoyed the whole main plot, though with the parallel worlds and whatnot. I do think that there were a couple things that had me scratching my head. Like, why didn’t Cir just explain everything to Phu earlier? And why did Phu dream of the other world in episode 1 as well? The whole switching “properties” thing was so dumb and unrealistic. Like, what in the world was that? If you’re gonna have an evil mom I need her to either get her just deserts or change for the better in the end, not whatever this was…

Chemsitry/Romance/Kissing:

Boss and Noeul got MAD chemistry. Just so damn good all around. This for sure works well as a romance. The kissing was really well done throughout the series. They didn’t starve us for affection between the main couple which I greatly appreciate in a romance.

NC Scenes:

HOHOHOHOHOLY GOOD GOD MY BOYS. I’ve said it before and I will say it again, these two outshine porn stars fr. Good lord… I thought that Love in the Air was wild, these guys said hold my mf beer and stepped it the fuck UPPP. 1000000000/10 so sensual and passionate, my jaw was on the FLOOR and I was BLUSHINGGG as a grown ass adult. The scenes also shaped the mood of the story in regards to their relationship pretty well. I also thought they were written, directed/shot, and edited so well. Just damn good work out there, everyone.

Production/Cinematography:

Love love loved the lighting decisions in this show. The warm v cold added a lot to some of the shots. I also liked the change in filter for the different worlds we were being shown. Production was awesome all around.

Music/SFX:

Music was alright. I’m not really one for songs with lyrics in serious scenes, though. SFX were pretty solid throughout.

This was honestly such a good watch even with its flaws. Partially due to Boss and Noeul doing such a good job, but also the plot had me too for the most part. Although I want them to do whatever their hearts desire in their careers and lives, I also selfishly want 50 more series featuring Boss and Noeul together on screen forever and ever and ever.

Before watching:

Going into this with nothing but the image that Pavel has on Tiktok so I’m interested to see what boy can do when he isn’t trying to fuck me through the camera in a short-form video format.

After watching:

The holy trinity: Pretty face, slutty waist, AND insane acting skill??? Okay, Mr. Pavel, I see you.
(Also turns out he is always trying to fuck through the camera no matter the video format)

Acting:

PAVEL damn boy, okay okay, I see you. Truly a star through and through. I don’t think there is anyone else in this world who could play Babe. Man out here killing like every damn scene in the show. I did not expect to cry at all but holy shit Pavel portrayed devastation so well I couldn’t hold by my tears. Boy ripped them right outta me. He can act out annoyance, anger, happiness, sex, sadness, etc. So impressive BRAVO. Now… I really wanted to like Pooh but idk if it was the writing/characterization or the directing or he just doesn’t yet have the skills to portray complex emotions but like… boy gave me little to nothing out there. Especially when you put him next to Pavel, it’s a crazy stark difference between them. I’m looking forward to seeing if he’s different in another role/improves in season 2. Nut was so good as Way. The breakdown scene in the car was fantastic. Sailub also did great especially in the scene where Alan catches Dean, that was so good. Banger casting for good criers in here. S Vorarit was a good villain too. Rest of the supporting cast was solid overall. Pavel definitely takes the cake for sure.

Writing:

Pretty good stuff right here. I liked the premise a lot. I am indeed an A/B/O reader and have been for a long time so I enjoyed seeing a unique spin on omegaverse play out in a drama setting. There were some seriously solid wording choices made by the screenwriters. Pavel’s reaction to Charlie accident, death, funeral, etc. was absolutely perfect. Not overdone, not underdone, just mf right. There are 3 major issues that I have with the story, though. 1- You have GOT to give me a better reason as to why Way stuck with pops for 10 years if you want me to care that he’s dying. “Papa said it would all be over if you just let me impregnate you once, pretty please if you say no I’ll try and force you and then try to manipulate you into forgiving me” is NOT going to cut it. 2- I needed a better reunion and more time between the main couple in that last episode. Like, why is the second couple even here rn..? I wanted to finally see a scene where Charlie shows emotion seeing how Babe has been/how he reacts to Charlie’s return. I wanted tender, passion, and then a touch of sensual. All you gave me was a dirty little locker room tryst and a double date picnic. Like huh? I needed more. 3 - I could count on one hand the amount of scenes with women in it and they’re all extras lol like that’s CRAZY. Like, not even a sister? Are there no female alphas? I need an infographic on the genders/societal structure in this story.

Chemistry/Romance/Kissing:

Hmmm… It’s hard to gauge this because Pavel seems like the type to have the ability to make every scene partner have chemistry on screen but… I gotta be honest and say Pooh was not giving the same energy here. I mean that in more of an emotional depth way of chemistry because obviously they were properly touchy-feely and cute in a realistic and lovely manner. It was similar to Smart and Boom in Top Form, like Boom was so absolutely amazing and Smart was just kinda there for most of the show. This story works as a romance pretty well, I enjoyed it, I just definitely craved a but more from the ending. Kissing was so solid, dude. Good work out there, boys. I love a show that actually has the couple kiss regularly throughout the series like an actual couple would. Some of these shows are like, “yeah, so they kiss once every two months and occasionally on holidays” but Pavel and Pooh were out here giving proper affection and making it look like they really desired to show it to eachother.

NC Scenes:

Well, shit, my guy. I mean, in hindsight I should’ve expected no less from Mr. Casanova himself. Shit was sensual, bro. Passion, energy, desire, these two dudes were damn good with it. I liked how the scenes were shot and put together too. A mixture of a play-by-play and artsy approach to a sex scene. Pavel’s expressions had my jaw on the floor, I was giggling and in shock. He went all in fr.

Side Couples:

No thank you. They were not it. Honestly could have done without any of them. If I were to write this, I would have started hinting at the Pete x Kenta backstory much earlier and played off of that with them having an emotional journey together as a side couple instead of whatever the hell we were given in this show.

Music/SFX:

Music was like okay ig. Not great, overall not terrible. That song in the last NC scene felt like it was there by mistake.. SFX were mostly fine, a bit aggressive with the punch sounds and they forgot to add the metallic sound of the pipe hitting the ground which was kinda funny.

Production/Cinematography:

Great work, I loved the inclusion of actual race scenes and the crash scene was real good too. Loved the shooting locations, the whole production was really well thought out and executed. Solid cinematography throughout. Everything really came together well.

Overall, it was an enjoyable show. Pavel is amazing, I will put some respect on the mf name. Could’ve used a tad bit more in the end, but I’m still looking forward to watching season 2.

Century of Love (for Dr. Third)

Acting:

Pretty solid stuff all around. Offroad and Bright did a good job with most of the scenes especially the beginning and end. Offroad’s portrayal of emotions for grandma were really great. Definitely could use some more realistic portrayal of devastation from Offroad and Bright in a few important scenes, though. The women were fantastic in this. Cookie, Xiang, Tuk, and Kae all did an amazing job. Cookie was real versatile and Xiang was damn good at crying well. But now, I must point out the biggest positive and negative of this series, Pond. I can’t with this man. Not only is his acting absolutely insane top tier, but you cast him to be one of if not the most loveable character in the show??? With those skills and that face?? With that smile and that ability to show depth of emotion??? Ya’ll were crazy for that…

Writing:

It was giving like lowkey The 10th Kingdom-esque vibes for a few bits there and I love that shit. This show definitely surprised me with the plot working so well for most of the show. The only things that reeeeaaly got to me were 1- The timeline. Like 2 months?? No shot. And 2- You made Dr. Third faaar too likeable in comparison to the main man. Like, be so ffr rn. Maybe I’m insane and insanely biased bc of the casting decision, but that character was an absolute gem and outshone San at every turn in the story.

Chemistry/Romance/Kissing:

There was definitely chemistry. It was cutesy but definitely didn’t blow me away. This obviously works as a romance at its core, but again, Dr. Third was too likeable imo. Kissing was good throughout with the exception of the smell “kisses”..? That was a choice

Music/SFX:

Music was… There for sure. Not my favorite music choices in a series by far. And there were a couple scenes where it was supposed to be emotional and the music felt like they pressed play on the wrong button… SFX in the beginning was truly horrendous. Not as bad throughout the rest of the story though.

Overall, I really enjoyed this series. I like a little supernatural plus fated lovers number. It’s my first series seeing both Offroad and Bright acting in general as well as together and I look forward to seeing their next series.

Cute n goofy, but wish the vibe was closer to the original

As an adaptation it was okay at best. It’s hard to compare to my love for the original because we go so far back, ya know. But, I did really give this a try because I wanted to like it.

Acting:

It was pretty good, nothing amazing for the most part but nothing truly horrendous either. Turbo did a good job with Anda’s character especially, super happy with his casting fro that role. Definitely the closest to the original, though still not the same. Ryou’s character was made way too serious but if that was what they wanted then Kaownh did a great job with it.


Writing:

Odd choices in this adaptation storywise. It felt like it was on kind of the right track vibe-wise in the beginning, but then it just started bearing off course. I don’t get why they changed the older brother so much and why the manager was barely in the plot. I HATED Bank’s manager’s characterization. Like what she did was awful and she is generally annoying, but like why the fuck are we being fatphobic..? Like the elephant sounds? Her stuffing her face in anger? It was so obnoxious and unnecessary. The plot was also just not doing it for me. I don’t get why they made Lala a person when she was in like 2 scenes and was not integral to the plot outside of Anda writing a song which also didn’t lead to a main plot point outside of the song being sung too many times. Like I assumed with the music lessons, song writing, failure at the mangaka thing, and whatnot that they were leading Anda to be a songwriter as one of the main resolutions in the end.

Chemistry/Romance/Kissing:

Chemistry was alright, didn’t blow me away or anything, but it was present. This story as a romance is goofy but it works. The kissing was pretty solid throughout, the actors definitely did a good job with that. HOWEVER, as someone who looved the second couple in the manga I was SOOO disappointed by them in this adaptation. I hated them tbh. The brother was okay for like 10 minutes in the first episode and then after that I was sick of seeing his character. So with that in mind, it is safe to say that I did not care for their chemistry/romance/kissing, not that there was much of any of that anyway.

NC Scenes:

One thing I will say is that I do prefer an adaptation that removes/changed dub/noncon elements/actions from a story that isn’t supposed to be dark. Like it’s cutesy so why are we doing allathat. I think they did a great job with the NC scenes overall. Definitely gave a loving feel to the couple.

Music/SFX:

Watched this on Youtube so a lot of the music throughout was muted for copyright I’m assuming. A lot of cringey music in here lmao but whatever, not the end of the world but not my favorite thing to experience that often in a show. SFX were goofy but that works for the story.

This just left me wanting to read the original to bring back the spark this story and the characters bring to me, it was just missing from this adaptation.

- Why did they make him so much better at drawing than in the manga?? Like those drawings are not even close to the horrendous ones in the original lmao
- Why is mans in the hospital? And for multiple days in a row? For a tooth falling out?

Would’ve been at least an 8 w/o the second couple

This should have been like 8-10 episodes of Rain/Payu and then a separate show for Sky/Pai so I could have had the option of never having to watch Sky/Pai’s story.

Acting:

Solid all around. Nothing groundbreaking, but everyone put on a good performance. Especially given all the wild shit some of these actors had to say with a straight face.

Writing:

First half was interesting and got me hooked and then the story switched to the second couple and I was lost entirely. Just not a good story between those two. Boy needed a therapist and a benzo prescription, not a stalker who he ends up falling for for some reason. Really disappointing.

Chemistry/Romance/Kissing:

Wowy wowza was absolutely blown away by the chemistry between Boss and Noeul in this performance. Their storyline works as a fun romance for sure. And the kisses were so real, you cannot convince me these two men aren’t at least a 4 on the kinsey scale. Second couple idec enough to talk about. Chemistry wasn’t giving, romance wasn’t good, kissing was fine but tbh I wasn’t really paying attention to them.

NC Scenes:

Bruhh Boss and Noeul gave a better performance than like 90% of actual porn actors. They were all in on this, like I’d love to have witnessed them having the discussion regarding boundaries with each other and the intimacy coordinator, because it must have been brief, seeing as nothing looked like it was off the table. I think I might have skipped through most of the NC scenes of the second couple tbh, or I just don’t remember them other than the first one where my boy Sky road that pos into the sunset for some reason.

Music/SFX:

Fine, nothing stood out as odd. Some goofy SFX but that’s alright.

Production:

They did a great job at scouting filming locations in this show.

Man, this would have been an easy win if they had kept the second couple’s story as a little ongoing plot in the background.

Everyone in this too stupid for me

Was pretty close to dropping this a couple of times. But good acting, production, and music made me at least see it through to the end.

Acting:

Everyone in the cast put on a good performance. Emotions were expressed well throughout the story by everyone.

Story:

Yeah… this was a rough watch. No shot there are people like this irl. And if there are, keep them the hell away from me. No truly likeable character, honestly. Side characters weren’t given enough depth for me to even put them in the running. I didn’t like how the story was that they met, then there was an immediate montage where you see their relationship seemingly grow into something ambiguous, then we see them living together and being pretty lovey dovey to eachother which leads me as the viewer to believe that there is already an unspoken thing there, only to then learn that Hantae is actually just stupid then and a coward all of a sudden? Like there were three points in this show where I thought they were pretty much together already and then it was like, nope, we gotta drag this out for the rest of the show. Baram was at least like a relatable character in his annoying bs, but Hantae..? He was just genuinely annoying and dumb.

Chemistry/Romance/Kissing:

I think there was good chemistry between the two on screen. However, it was overshadowed by the truly horrendous plot of this romance. I did not once have that strong feeling you get in a romance where I truly care whether these two ended up together or not. What in the actual was that first kiss? Like if you could call it that..? Horrendous work, my dudes. The last kiss was alright ig. Felt a bit thrown in there, though. But like, I don’t know if they cast two guys who secretly hated each other, or the writers were adverse to writing about physical affection outside of nuzzling, but something was just off about their interactions. I’m not talking about NC scenes or anything wild, just like, realistic affection between two grown ass adults.

Music/SFX:

Obviously I can’t ignore that the music was outstanding in this series. The best part of the whole thing, for sure!

I feel like the production, music, and acting were definitely wasted on this story. Wild that the top two reviews are like 9’s… ya’ll led me astray fr. Cute until the last 10 minutes

I could name 50 ships from non-romance shonen manga/webtoons with more romantic love/potential than these two have. Like, I’m bi and can grow romantic feelings for people pretty fast but there’s no shot I would fall for Yechan if I were Yul. A 20-year-old who acts like that will forever be in the brother/friend compartment in my mind.

Acting:

Fantastic performances all around. Fit the characters for sure. Do Won was especially amazing as Seon Yul. I haven’t read the webtoon, but I’m guessing Yechan is supposed to be like that lmao so good job by Yoon Do Jin as well.

Writing:

This was a pretty good story up until you tried to make me believe that those two got together romantically. NO SHOT MY GUY OOF. It would have been 100x better and more realistic if they had gone their separate ways and found happiness and love in more fitting partners. I’m the same age as Yul and there is no way I would fall for a 20-year-old, especially if they act like Yechan. 10/10 sibling, 0/10 romantic interest.

Chemistry/Romance/Kissing:

The chemistry as older & younger brothers was great but not anything more. Did not like it as a romance so the kissing was just too weird, but not because they were poorly performed.

Could have been a lovely story if it weren’t for the last 10 minutes. I just can’t see this being romantic and I’ve actively seeked out fanfic about ships with like 2% chemistry in canon lmao. The difference is in the dynamic between the two characters and there just isn’t that potential for romance that can be argued for between many characters.

ConFuSEd about a few things

Who greenlit this script, my guy? And it doesn’t have anything to do with my rating/review, but I just had to point out that having multiple scenes with both Ki Hyun Woo and Yeo Reum was actually insane work knowing that there will be bisexuals like me watching. Twas truly a treat to behold.

Acting:

Acting wasn’t bad but besides a couple of the actors, not noteworthy overall. That may be due to the writing/characterization of the characters. Ki Hyun Woo did a great job throughout the show . Park Hyeong Seop was pretty good too.

Writing:

Ouch, bro. I love a reencounter but you can’t seriously want me to believe that all that love and longing stemmed from what seems like a year or two at most of hanging out at the park with someone when ya’ll were like 6… Also, I hate an oblivious MC. Not only was he oblivious to the point it caused me physical pain, but he was giving hardcore oblivious hetero dude. Such an odd choice to go with in this story. Also, WHY AREN’T WE COMMUNICATING WHEN THERE IS LITERALLY NO REASON NOT TO AND YOU’RE ALREADY HAVING A CONVERSATION DIRECTLY ADDRESSING THE CONCERN AT HAND AHHHHHH. Sorry, I just nearly had a full-blown CONNIPTION watching allathat. Also, I can’t understand a story where we act like the person who is the hottest one in every room they are in isn’t the hottest in every room they are in. And like, I’m sorry.. But you want me to believe that that first scene in the breakroom where Choi Jun was being all suave and flirty and shit did nothing to Lee Jun?? I think the straightest man’s heart would still swoon for that fr.

Chemistry/Romance/Kissing:

There was chemistry in most of the scenes. It’s just that all of those scenes were where Lee Jun appeared to want nothing to do with Choi Jun… So… This story is not a good romance. I need a better backstory to make me happy for the reencounter, more conflict than just three dudes going after the MC and they all have pros and cons but one of them has a face the gods would envy. I also was desperate for at least 5 scenes where you see Lee Jun waver and really show his growing affection. The whole “you are my first love” line in the end had me SO confused. Like, was he really? Could’ve fooled me. Kissing was fine, Ki Hyun Woo did a good job of making it believable/realistic that his character wanted to kiss Lee Jun and enjoyed doing so. Yang Jun Mo did a pretty good job with it as well.

Music/SFX:

Normal besides those classic corny love songs thrown in at least once an episode for absolutely no good reason.

Just scrap the damn story and start over. Rewrite the whole script at the very least. I genuinely can’t imagine this story/script coming across my desk and leaving with a stamp of approval. The actors could have done so much with a good script/story and instead they had to work with whatever this was.

Acting:

Goodness they were all so sweet and lovely love to see it. I think they adapted the story and characters well to a Thai style of drama and the acting reflected that. Fourth had just the right amount of ridiculous facial expressions and reactions without it feeling wrong. I loved the change in Gemini’s character which fit Gemini a lot better than the original Ida. Pahn was so precious as Matmi, love love love. Chokun did a damn good job with being a little butthead even more so than the original Akkun lol.

Writing:

I think they did such a great job adapting the Japanese manga/anime (which were basically copy + paste) into a Thai-style drama. I liked all the changes they made. I don’t think a show needs blatant external prejudice faced by a queer couple to be good, so the absence of the cram school tutor was fine in my opinion. It was so soft all around and had that extra little dash of intimacy that Thai dramas do better than Japanese dramas. There were only a couple itty bitty things that I would have done differently, like the whole telling the parents thing was for sure rushed a lot, but it wasn’t horrendous.

Chemistry/Romance/Kissing:

It’s Fourth and Gemini so I mean… Like obviously it was great. They can do absolutely no wrong they are so talented and work so well together in every way. This for sure works well as a romance, very cute, very sweet. The kissing was honestly unexpected coming from the source material, but it was very sweet.

Music/SFX:

Cute cute cute cute cute. I live for a Fourth/Gemini OST gimme 100 more. SFX were solid, nothing felt off at all.

An absolute work of art

For a show to have me in a chokehold as a story. For it to have me researching not only history but also Jean-Paul Sartre and his works on existentialism and his attempt to connect existentialism with Marxism, which led me down a path of philosophies and ideologies and perspectives, just to have me then go back to continue on with the show through a new lens with new knowledge was just so absolutely impressive. To explore freedom and freedom of choice under different circumstances. And, I know. This is not the experience of all viewers. But, I can’t stress how this show highlighted the importance of communication and debating and understanding other people. How it showed perspectives from different members of both the working class and the ruling class. How it exemplified criticism of perspectives on both what is a better society to each character/class/age group and how to we get there. How it expressed ideas like the oppression of the oppressor. How it explored media as being manipulated by the ruling class and political agendas (media as a superstructure highkey). How it explored queerness within a historical context. How it expresses the pain of loving someone but struggling with doing what is right for yourself and/or others. How it explored an attraction to freedom and desire outside of what you thought you knew thus far in life. Internal conflicts. External conflicts. The insanity of dealing with both of these at once. It shed light on the greater society as well as individual experiences and showed how those two things are intertwined. Maybe it’s the sociologist within me speaking, or more aptly, yelling. But this was a god damn work of art.

The romance between Trin and Tanwa is not necessarily integral to the main plot. However, it is an extremely important piece in understanding Trin and his internal struggles and desires. It’s more symbolic than anything in my interpretation. Tanwa is not a huge piece of this, but his perspective is also both important historically as well as symbolically. He represents a group in society, as well as an ideal of freedom, in a way that reminds me, somehow, of a manic pixie dreamgirl. So seemingly unencumbered. So free. Embodying the idea of “damn, I wish I could live like that”, “I wish I could have that”. When in reality, there is depth, there are mental struggles, and there is a level of mental illness and/or anguish. There is a certain level of idolization and romanticization of what Tanwa symbolizes. Tanwa is both underestimated and overestimated. His character is not seen as just a person; it’s seen as an idea. To be judged in a way that is separate from others. I think many people have the same view of his archetype in history, and this story sheds a bit more light on it.

Acting:

Yeah, so… that was fantastic. I think everyone did a fantastic job in their roles all around. Just such solid performances from this cast. Them as individuals, them as representations of cultural subgroups, them as representations of members of different classes and their struggles. So good.

Writing:

Phenomenal for the VAST majority of this story. I already kind of went over the points I loved earlier, but I can’t stress enough how beautifully this was written. The only faults I have is the last like 5 minutes of this relatively long series and the fact that I was just left to accept that Naran and Krailert would never be. I hate that for them and I hate that for me… That being said, it is far more realistic than a grand reunion and happy ending for them, unfortunately. Just, wow. The historical and political plot here had me going insane. The symbolism in the (ig) main couple and literally EVERYTHING about the storyline of the “second” couple. Insanity. So good. BRAVO.

Chemistry/Romance/Kissing:

Was there a grand, electric chemistry between Trin and Tanwa? No, not really. Do I think there was supposed to be? No, not really. Their story was much more focused on their individual journeys than it was on their romance. But Naran and Krailert… AHHHHHHHHH WOWOWOWOWOW I can’t. The chemistry was INSANE, the romance was INSANE, I was INSANE. The romance aspect of this plot works, for sure. The kissing was obviously not a big part of this because, like, 1969-1971, ya know. But the kisses that were in this were great.

NC Scenes:

OOOOH boy umm… I said it in my notes, and I’ll say it again. THIS SHIT RATED PORN. I can’t with Naran and Krailert. I simply cannot. That was insane. Ya’ll really went for it. The scenes were written and executed to be full of passion and intimacy and it was soooo well done. Bravoooo. Trin and Tanwa’s was good, nothing wild, but their story didn’t really call for wild passion like Naran and Krailert.

Music/SFX:

Music was absolutely lovely all around. Nothing threw me off, just solid shit. SFX weren’t even noticeable, so good job there.

I cannot express how much I enjoyed this. This was a phenomenal series. Argue with the god damn wall if you disagree with me. I don’t care. I’m struggling with where to place this on my tier list, which is different from my rating system here. On the one hand, there are 3 or so series that hold a super special place in my heart and rating. On the other hand, this was such a damn masterpiece of a series, I’m all out of whack. BRAVOOOO

So glad I finally got around to seeing this. It was sooooo good.

Acting:

Holy shit that was filled with some great performances. Just so good all around. Everyone was cast perfectly for their role. No notes, just so damn good. BRAVO

Writing:

This was such a damn good story. I think there was more potential with the soul/body-connection thing, but regardless this was still so well written. I loved it through and through. I only wish there was more. I want to know where they end up and if White’s parents pull strings for him and if that would cause a rift between the group and supporters. I’m just so curious and hungry for mooooreee. I like that every decision felt necessary and made sense. I also really liked that it didn’t feel like the truth was dragged out too long; it made sense that it was revealed when it was.

Chemistry/Romance/Kissing:

The chemistry was so solid. I loved how Gun and Off flawlessly portrayed the chemistry between White and Sean while also being able to show the animosity between Black and Sean. SO GOOD. This was a fantastic romance. I loved their growth and journey. The kissing was superb, good job out there boys.

Side Couple:

I really loved them. The connection they had with art and rebellion was lovely. I also adored how they acted out the nude drawing scene, it was so well done and intimate and vulnerable and it really said everything about them in such a short amount of time.

Production/Cinematography:

The production was fantastic. They did such a good job with everything from the fights to the shooting locations. I enjoyed the cinematography as well. They did everything right for an action drama.

Music/SFX:

I enjoyed most of the music except for a couple of your typical drama corny songs in there. But overall, it was good. SFX were great.

Twas a truly lovely story. The whole speaking without speaking thing was definitely a choice but it fit the story even if it does irk the shit out of me as well.

Acting:

Casting was superb. Loved everyone in this, they all did an amazing job in their roles. I would’ve liked to see some more/better tears but it wasn’t horrendous. Earth is really good at acting in roles of characters that piss me off and Mix is really good at acting in roles of characters that are almost entirely impossible to hate. Bravoooo.

Writing:

It was amazing up until a bit towards the end. I think they could have done a bit better job with the way things all went down and came together. Overall, still a beautifully written story, though.

Chemistry/Romance/Kiss:

Chemistry was amazing, these two work sooo well together. This was a beautiful romance. I had to label this Kiss and not Kissing because THERE WAS ONLY ONE. Istg I almost crashed tf out at that forehead kiss because WHAT DO YOU MEAN ya’ll are GROWN kiss and tell each other how you feel. Words are not always superfluous, I’d say a lot of the time they are pretty important, but whatever. I get that it was like the whole point and vibe of the story so well done.

Production/Cinematography:

They did an amazing job with the production of this series. The cinematography was stellllarrr. I LOVED the lighting throughout this series, it was so beautiful. The colors and everything were just so lovely and brought everything to life.

Music/SFX:

Music was lovely until episode like 9/10 because they introduced the corny-lyric drama songs at important moments which I thought took away a bit from the experience. SFX were good throughout.

I really enjoyed this even when it pissed me off. Honestly, it didn’t entirely recover from pissing me off at the end, but it got close enough. Still a very lovely story.

AHHHHHHHHH this was a ride it was a treat it I loved it SO MUCH.

Acting:

I was pretty darn blown away in every way. I LOVE A GOOD CRIER. You HAVE to be a good crier to get me to really appreciate a performance, and these boys delivered me my meal fr. I enjoyed every minute. The silliness, the cockiness, the anger, the pain, the sadness, the love. Just so goooooood. Barely any notes to be made here.

Writing:

Well, it’s a drama, so I’m giving it some liberties because like I enjoyed it overall. But there were some interesting choices here. I understand that we need to move the plot forward and all, but like… I’d much rather go into medical debt than be indebted with my life and money to Boss fr… But okay, let’s go with it. I still loved this shit tbh. So dramatic, so wild, so fun!

Chemistry/Romance/Kissing:

Chemistry was solid all the way through. From strangers to flirtatious heartfelt moments together, to enemies, to friends, to lovers, to a heartbroken pair, to lovers. SO GOOOOOD. This was alvoely romance even if it was a background plot to the story. SO GOOD. The kissing was good, fittingly frantic and passionate. Good work, good work.

NC Scene:

Wasn’t sure if we would get one in this series, but it was lovely. I LIVE for a “I need you now, we’ve been waiting for this for sooooo long” moment and they DELIVERED. So good, WELL DONE. Loved everything about it. 10/10 and VERY fitting to the story.

Music/SFX:

Music was pretty damn good throughout. The dubstep was jarring and fitting at the same time, somehow. Some corny drama music, but that’s alright.

I LOVED THIS SO MUCH I don’t know why I have put this off for so long. It had it’s questionable moments, so I want to give it a 9-9.5, but I loved it so much it’s gonna get thatf 10 overall no matter what. FIGHT ME.

This was so soft. I needed that. Should’ve brought this sunshine into my life earlier.

Acting:

This cast did a damn good job with this silly little romcom with a dash of angst here and there. My first time seeing any of the main actors in the main couples and loved them. But, to my newly dear and beloved Book and Force, I send my heart and soul. YA’LL WERE TOO GOOD. So cute, kept a smile on my face every time I saw them on screen. Force got a smirk for every occasion and Book got a smile that could put an end to the polar night in Svalbard. Perth and Santa were also fantastic. Perth was a great soft-hearted/broken-hearted badboy type and Santa was such a good crier which I love to see. Loved my Force, Sea, and Aun in the supporting cast.

Writing:

Adorable and genuinely funny with enough realism to keep you from getting lost. I loved the stories in this. I want to read the novel for at least Arm and Arc too because I want to relive it.

Chemistry/Romance/Kissing:

They all had good chemistry together. I think Force and Book take the cake in the end for chemistry and best romcom, though. Things got a bit more hurt/comfort with Perth and Santa which I also enjoyed, solid romance there too and their chemistry was also good. Didn’t love the romance between Mark and Junior as much but that may be only because I binged this when I should have watched them a but more separately. I didn’t love Faifa or Wine as much as the other characters; they gave side pairing energy but not in a bad way, just in a there’s not enough flavor in their story/interactions in scenes to get me as involved if that makes sense. The kissing was cute and fitting for the show. Love to see a forehead kiss and a cheek peck regularly given and received. Very sweet.

Music/SFX:

Music was cute and fitting to the story. SFX were a 10/10 in this. They did silly goofy SO RIGHT in this show. BRAVO.

Production/Cinematography:

Didn’t expect such good work from a romcom. They did so well with how this was shot and edited throughout the whole show. Love to see it.

This was a TREAT. I ate this up. I just want more. Gimme a Arc and Arm proposal, engagement, marriage, and beyond and make it 24 more episodes. SO CUTE.

Everyone did such a damn good job in their roles. Jimmy was the perfect softhearted badboy. Such a damn good performance in this series. Same with Sea, he was amazing in this. The supporting cast was fantastic as well. Just, braavoooo all round. No notes.

Writing:

I love a story that follows literary parallels. Art imitates life imitates art type beat I eat it up every time. I can’t speak for the blind community on the accuracy of the portrayal of going/living blind, but damn this show did a great job in portraying what it’s like to try to understand others and their different ways of living alongside the delicate balance of how/how much to help. This was a beautiful story all around even if it had that fuckass 3rd act breakup + years-long timeskip evil trope. And the second I saw The Little Prince on that screen I knew this was gonna be good.

Chemistry/Romance/Kissing:

Loved the chemistry between these two. They worked well in every part of their relationship from two rude young dudes to caretaker/client to friends to something more to lovers to exes to lovers. SO GOOD. This is a great romance story; I loved it despite the pain it put me through. The kissing was cute and plentiful. A couple of slightly clumsy moments in there but not in like a what are you guys doing kind of way.

Production/Cinematography:

They did such a great job throughout this series. The perspective changes were well placed and executed. It came together to be a very beautiful end product.

NC Scene:

Took me by surprise there, wasn’t expecting that. They did a great job with it though. It was tender and intimate, very lovely.

Music/SFX:

I enjoyed the music throughout the show; it fit well. SFX were pretty solid, nothing stood out as jarring or off.

Side Couple:

So cute so so so so so so so cute I loved them lovely work making them a couple.
