It's most likely due to the delays in airing caused by the martial law and following impeachment coverage.
They did the same with Brave Young Soo Jung when ep's were delayed due to sports.
The dailies start on a monday and finish on a friday and the replacement show starts the following monday so if because of delays the show will not finish on a friday they flesh it out with extra eps instaed of just airing a couple back to back.
Just my guess but thats what they did wiith BYSJ and the hurried extra eps completely ruined that show the ending was the worst i have ever seen, i hope this dosn't go the same way.

Unless she has absolute proof that the ticket was hers there isn't much she can do unfortunately.
Here there is a place on the back of every lotto ticket to write your name and if it looks like it has been tampered with in any way the lotteries commission will start an investigation.

Technically she could argue that the marriage isn't registered so they aren't in-laws yet. But it would still be classed as a conflict of interest because she knows the family, in the real world that is.

They can do emergency arrests with out a warrant there but it depends on the circumstances.

I thought it was for violent crimes mostly but for financial if there is a flight risk, that sort of thing but writers just throw stuff like this in and we're not supposed to think about it.

She should of just declared the inheritance when she received it and paid the tax instead of trying to hide it for the 10 years so no tax would be paid. She would have been stung big time if she got caught, and at the beginning the period was almost up so if they had found out about the 10 mil all the interest etc would have amounted to 13mil she would of ended up owing 3 mil hence the panic etc.

Me personally i would have because having 6 mil legally and piece of mind because they can't do anything else is better than trying to hide the 10 mil and worrying about the consequences if caught.
