Yea i hate it too lol but unfortunately you can't avoid it in most c and k-dramas but LMLMV is a nice bit of a slow burn (they both like each other but it takes a little time for them to officially announce their relationship although all their friends had already figured it out lol), and the fl in LMLMV, Zhou Ye is also the fl in Legend of the Female General.

Oh Coroners Diary if you don't mind forensic type shows it's a period drama as well it was my first ever 10/10 rating, and if you want a modern c-drama with no angst or toxic ex's or family members then Love Me Love My Voice (ignore the reviews it's up to you to watch it or not after all) but don't watch it on an empty stomach you'll see why if you do decide to check it out.
