W is such a good drama. The 2nd half could have been a bit better but all in all its perfect. It deserves the love and popularity it has. The people bitching here are the minority. Please dont let them deter you from watching it. It is currently airing in Philippines and the ratings are really high there as well. The acting is great. Lee jong suk and the creator's confrontation scene is so good. All actors did great.

To most artists like LJS the quality and popularity speaks more than the money. He did Jade lovers as a parting gift to his previous agency but he wasnt happy about it. K dramas go on international fefts like W went tk Cannes and was awarded in Toronto festival. Cdramas hardly get that recognition.

That is not true at all. Korean actors are used ciz they are popular in China. An actor like Kim Soo Hyun or Lee Jong Suk doesnt need the money incentive at all(LJS was adamant which is why he denied C dramas for a long time). But the demand for this Hallyu stars are huge. Lets not fool ourselves. Kdrama production quality is way higher than Chinese dramas.

On the other hand as a hardcore Zheng Shuang fan you must know that she has been criticised often before for her acting. I read in weibo how she lacks expressiveness and does the fish hook expression with her lips. Cnetz are annoyed by her acting. So I believe you should be concerned about her more than the actor who happens to be the youngest Grimae winner.

So i dont think his acting was bad at all. His other characters are more impressive in general. Also he acted very well in VIP. His creepy killer was well received.
