The protagonist Nayuta is a very interesting character as well. Very smart but very warm and self aware that some of the things he says may sound cliched. He is a bit naive though which can be attributed to his age.

Really liked the show. The idea is great the writing could have been better the overall execution of the show was well done. Second half was more interesting. I liked how the hidden message was 'in capitalism there are no friends or enemies only temporary allies.' Quiet a woke show as well. They included the character with disability to give an important message which was well executed.

This movie has no romance in it. They are more like friends who have found each other.

Such a beautiful film. Nagata being so despicable yet at times so sensitive and goofy like him screaming 'grandmas are cute' scene is a testament to Yamazaki's charm as an actor. The real love story is between Nagata and theatre. Saki his muse is secondary to his obsession with theatre.

Some of the comments here are so weird. It seems like people thought this would be a rom com or something and got disappointed that it is something else entirely.

Really enjoyed the film. The action scenes were so well done and funny. The second half is way more serious than the first half.

please dont judge by one review. I found the film to be absolutely hilarious with a surreal blend of action and comedy. Its worth watching.

Matsumoto Jun and Nakama Yukie. They were spotted together. Rumour has it things got messy with their break up

You may sleep on him but the viewers are obviously not since they cant get enough of him. I swear mydramalist is a place full of whiners.

How is his character in wyws which is stupid and funny anywhere remotely similar to his current cold hard persona for Romance is a bonus book? Do you lack comprehension? By that logic every male character in Kdramaland is similar. Not to mention he experiments in films as well playing villains and the like.

Also 3 of his dramas are with the same writer so i understand why it loks similar.

Watch him in his movies. He is versatile there. Dramas dont give him a chance to try different things. Lets hope that changes.

Thats because they are very popular and antis gather to diss any popular drama. Look at pinocchio how many people bashed it although the people who likes ot is wayyy more making it popular .

Thank fully amiri's opinion is irrelevant. This legendary bad actor has been praised by industry seniors and viewers and have received many accolades. His recent role in VIP was the best part of the film. But i guess haters dont care about receipts ;)

Plenty of antis here from UF and other dramas. lol W was a hit not only in korea but japan and phillipines and abroad too. And the acting is really praised as well.
The story is brilliant.

Just a curious thing. A lot of salty uncontrollably fond fans here bashing this drama coz UF flopped when W was a hit in korea and abroad. Although UF was the one promoted all the time. Please ignore them.

Lee jong suk got praised a lot for this drama by imdustry people and viewers and it is very popular as you might know. Han hyo joo although was criticised by knetz for her one static expression was good too. So no he is not bland. Anyone who watched the scene in ep 5 where he confronts the father cannot say that he is bland.

Lee jong suk's acting was really praised actually. Han hyo joo got criticised for her expressions by knetz which i dont agree. LJS obviously had a much difficult role as the 2D comic hero and he nailed it.

The people liking it has better taste than you. Even in japan and phillipines it rated high when it airef.

Most people love it. Just coz you have a different opinion diesnt mean it is over rated.
