Yes, I agree, the best thing about this show was Min Joon and I must admit, for much of the drama, I was really upset because of the unfair blame that was placed on him. Even if his brother had crashed the plane, it still would not have been Min Joon's fault and I've never understood how people can blame someone and hate them for something someone else did wrong.
But even when it was revealed that his brother didn't crash the plane on purpose, everyone was still so unwilling to trust him and called him a scammer, when all he had done was help people while trying to find out the truth. (Which is what Mad Dog was all about too, so they were just as much scammers as he was.)
Why was Min Joon the only victim that didn't get sympathy? Why did Kang Woo get to do whatever he wanted and say whatever he wanted and no one blamed him? Quite honestly, he was more to blame for his family dying than Min Joon because his wife plainly told him that she would wait and go with him on his flight but no, he said she should get on that plane. So really, how dare he be so hateful towards someone that had lost his only family member too?
And then, I understood. Ah, so that's what the message is. It's totally absurd to blame Min Joon, so why would anyone do it? Korea, and many other countries, have a real problem with this, and they wanted to make everyone realize how stupid and wrong it is. Blame the person who actually committed the wrong, not the family of the person (unless they really did play a part in it too) and try to think about how you would feel if you were in their shoes. How unfair it would be. Like when No Ri realized how his father was involved and how sorry it made him, but then Min Joon told him he had done nothing wrong and that it wasn't his fault. AH! I hope that made a lot of people think and if so, then it was worth the irritation it made me feel.
And finally, I have to say that this show united a lot of people in one very important thing. Hating the monstrosity that was Hyun Gi's tie. That, together with his horrible hair was almost as villainous as everything he did as the VP of Juhan Air.
Yeah, it has it's flaws, sure, but honestly, every Kamen Rider does. That doesn't mean it's not good. And Gen-chan is so freaking great, it kinda negates all the dumb parts. (Although, I really wish the writer could have googled the meaning of the word 'oops' because clearly they didn't know, and it did get annoying after a while.)
Really underrated movie. Of course, that might just be my extreme love for the gorgeous Miura Ryosuke talking, but I really liked it and I wish there was a sequel. Also, why isn't he in more dramas and movies?? I want to see his face and hear his voice more!
God, I love this man. There should be an entire week of the year dedicated to his cheekbones alone. And don't even get me started on his voice. Why isn't he more popular?? I would totally watch it if they did! I don't have it anywhere online because it was based (pretty heavily) on this story and I didn't want anyone to think I was trying to plagiarize the original work. It was fun to write though.

I have seen them all too (and I've read the manga.) I love the story so much, I even wrote (just as a hobby) a novel length historical version of it where the four guys are all princes and Makino is a commoner that gets involved in their lives at the palace. So yeah, I'll be watching this.

If there was a reason for it, I guess I missed it too, but I really think it was just a way to make it needlessly sad. I mean, was he really just going back to play golf after all that? He had become a better person because of those kids so knowing they needed him should have convinced him to stay. (And Byeong Joo!!! I loved him so much. I wanted to give him a hug so bad!)

Just checking before I start, is there any bromance between Gwang Ho and Seon Jae? I just love them both so much, it would be a major plus if they were good friends in the drama. P.S. I haven't opened any of the spoilers to read them, so I'm sorry if this has already been mentioned.
All I've heard is bromance, bromance, bromance about this drama from day one and now FINALLY when it comes out, it's just a loud, annoying, miscast female lead that takes up most of the time coming between the guys. SO not what I came for. And since it's pre-produced, I can't even hope that things will change, even though hardly anyone can stand her.
If it wasn't finished already, they could gauge the viewers thoughts and feelings and tweak things accordingly, like they've done in the past. But now? Unless the bromance becomes really good, I don't know that it'll be worth sticking around for, which makes me really sad because i was looking forward to this drama and love Park Hae Jin! :(
