As someone who have watch a lot of slice of life drama, yes, the drama is quite predictable. If you can predict what happen in early episode, than you might be able to predict the last 4 episode too. Even though it's predictable, I still can enjoy it. Mostly because I have watch a lot of drama and read a lot of novel, and no plot twist can surprise me anymore now. The acting is also great here. The way the story presented is good and rare in BL drama. I hope you can enjoy the rest of episode, if you decided to continue :)

Maybe because she doesn't work in the village? If I remember it right, she works in Bangkok, which is far from the village. And since nothing serious ever happened to Dr.Nam, there's no opportunity for her to come.
