If you continued watching, Si won was going to slit her throat but pushed it upwards to not end her life instantly. If I had to guess why's there a medical record maybe because they found her like that in the room and had to put in records.

The deepfake thing is funny asl for some reason. The ending was lacking, parents didnt change and the dead girl got nothing in the end. just an endless loop for an empty revenge.

The ending is kind of confusing. I'm glad that they added the epilogue, but I wanted to know about what happened to On Eun Yo. Nevertheless, this is such an amazing series and will be my favorite kdrama ✨🍉
