yeah as my point mentioned the script was heart fluttering and smooth to watch but the actors made every scene feel rehearsed rather than spontaneous. Even though in reality scenes are rehearsed 1st, it is the actor's job to ensure it looks as spontaneous and in the moment as possible. Its literally their job to act.
why is no one pointing out the language thing. i thought theyd speak in one language after a while but they kept at it till the very end. I understand both languages but switching between them really tested my skills.
everybody be lying because this was the cutest and best drama i have watched. butterflies in my stomach for the first time in a long while! ep11and12 are crazy tho. somehow there were more intimate scenes with others than both of them. Ep 11 and 12, just skip it out. idk why they made the poor guy the scapegoat doing stuff w both of them LOL, there was no need for explicit content between them. Like maybe make the leads do that not him.
problems with ep12 - the jumps in the storyline is NOT smooth - why homie suddenly got a killer bod, he did not in the start of the series. Might be a minor thing but ngl was contrasting enough to be noticeable. his scars hot tho - the ex story was cut weirdly - the paper ripping scene looked like something 12 year old me would write for my first Wattpad story - the writer clearly had an affinity for inserting Pinterest looking thoughts about love into the script, was a hard skip at these scenes because they were cringe to watch.
pros - s3x s3lls? like it was j a scene (other dramas have it too but this one was placed just because) - idk bruh they r just visually compatible? like they look good to watch together and some of the shots were BEAUTIFUL, it kept me hooked to overlook whatever that storyline was

Chemistry between the actors worked mainly because of the physical contact included in the script, other than that a lot of the scenes felt rehersed and unnatural. Script was heart fluttering. Watch value for the first three episodes would be high but after that if you can overlook uncomfortable looking actors and slight overacting go ahead and watch it.

what is the cameraman/director doing. ep1 why is the camera moving around so much when he's literally just wearing a shirt??? like i saw a vision on what they were trying to do but it just looked awful
writer and actors did an amazing job albeit a bit of awkward acting and scenes in mainly the 1st episode. The director on the other botched this and made it somewhat unpleasant to watch. If i do stop watching it's because of the way the scenes' transitions and cuts are made.
Also the creatives like the stylist for the actors did a great job. IDK if it was a budget issue but the rooms could have been made with a little better, the number of things and patterns had me double taking (this could also be to show all the memories that he has collected over the years? but it really is a too much going on situation for me personally). The coffin with the blanket and the individual items in themselves are adorable tho, i found myself pausing the drama to look at the pieces.
loveeeee how chalant the actors and the assistant is. supa funny. certainly a different type of love language shown compared to the past jap dramas i have watched.
The directing of the scenes is throwing me off a lil tho because some of the scenes make me go this could have been shot at a better angle or the shot is angled weirdly.
ALSO the cast is hot af and the line delivery of the banter lines btwn the leads are chefs kiss but like i said the director is doing smthing off bc the banter is funny but the interaction while the banter is happening is just not that fun to watch, the video cuts are slightly unpleasant to watch. BUTTT other than that if the show keeps this energy, it will go in my fav drama list.
