what is the cameraman/director doing. ep1 why is the camera moving around so much when he's literally just wearing a shirt??? like i saw a vision on what they were trying to do but it just looked awful
writer and actors did an amazing job albeit a bit of awkward acting and scenes in mainly the 1st episode. The director on the other botched this and made it somewhat unpleasant to watch. If i do stop watching it's because of the way the scenes' transitions and cuts are made.
Also the creatives like the stylist for the actors did a great job. IDK if it was a budget issue but the rooms could have been made with a little better, the number of things and patterns had me double taking (this could also be to show all the memories that he has collected over the years? but it really is a too much going on situation for me personally). The coffin with the blanket and the individual items in themselves are adorable tho, i found myself pausing the drama to look at the pieces.
loveeeee how chalant the actors and the assistant is. supa funny. certainly a different type of love language shown compared to the past jap dramas i have watched.
The directing of the scenes is throwing me off a lil tho because some of the scenes make me go this could have been shot at a better angle or the shot is angled weirdly.
ALSO the cast is hot af and the line delivery of the banter lines btwn the leads are chefs kiss but like i said the director is doing smthing off bc the banter is funny but the interaction while the banter is happening is just not that fun to watch, the video cuts are slightly unpleasant to watch. BUTTT other than that if the show keeps this energy, it will go in my fav drama list.
