Probably because of the show contains ''Euthanasia" Which is a highly controversial Topic Globally
yes globally because there are only a hand-full of countries that have allowed euthanasia and some which would require certain situation and condition in order to be permitted i hope you know that just because something have been written in a book or film does not mean its not a controversial topic because as long as something has sparked disagreements and debates due to different perspective, ideologies, ethics, and religious beliefs
i hope you know that there is a difference between active euthanasia (which is whats being shown in the series) and passive euthanasia
(i suggest a light research on euthanasia and on how it is viewed )
i really enjoy these casual debates and conversations
I suggest watching the first episode on Viki since its available to all in order to show our support for the show and cast since Viki is the official streaming site for it and then watch the locked videos on other sites
here is a full synopsis from Viki !!!!!! Han Tae Joo (Han Gi Chan) is an 18-year-old high school student and is the sole heir of the TB Group ā a family-run business conglomerate.
His strict parents keep him under surveillance 24 hours a day, and he feels both bored and oppressed by their reluctance to let him enjoy a little freedom.
His closest friend is also his unofficial bodyguard ā another 18-year-old male student named Gang Gook (Jang Eui Su). Gang Gook is something of a tough guy, with a powerful physique and a no-nonsense attitude.
But as the two young men grow older, they come to wonder if there is perhaps another dimension to their friendship.
When an outgoing female student named Hye Mi (Choi Gyu Ri) is transferred to their high school, she inadvertently drives up the romantic tension between the two childhood friends by going on a date with Gang Gook ā irking Han Tae Joo, and stirring up long-suppressed emotions.
Will they act on their desires, or will Han Tae Joo and Gang Gookās friendship remain platonic?
āWhere Your Eyes Lingerā is a 2020 Viki Original South Korean drama series that was directed by Hwang Da Seul.
