I'm here to write about my initial feelings before finishing the series, because I want to see how far my opinion…
I kept delaying the last couple episodes because I didn't want it to end. I guess my answer is already obvious, welcome to my top fave dramas. What a nice feeling, falling in love with a drama after being continuously disappointed by the Korean cinema.
I just knew her as a celebrity and really liked her, but never watched her in a drama/movie. Now that I watched something, I'm becoming a fan because she is really amazing! Not just a pretty face.
I'm here to write about my initial feelings before finishing the series, because I want to see how far my opinion will change. I was planning to start watching this 7 months ago but didn't have the time and the mood. I didn't read anything about it absolutely nothing, usually at least I watch trailers. But this didn't stop me from having high exceptions, and I knew many people love it so I expected ALOT. I started the first episode and I was HELLA confused, I didn't know I'll get this kinda story or these kinda characters. idk if I ever watched an investigation comedy drama I can't recall but I don't remember anything where they don't take things seriously, I couldn't know if I liked this fact in The Fiery Priest, but then I was like "taking things seriously are more unlikely, and less entertaining" so I became a fan of this series's culture. It's less dramatic and more real to me. Even tho! when you combine the storyline, sense of humor, characters and their interactions, it feels like watching an anime. I like anime when it stick to itself, not when I feel its presence in a real world series. But, The Fiery Priest will be my only exception. I just can't criticize it. I started to fall deeply after watching episode 8, and I expect it to become one of my favorite series of all time. Its already so funny and entertaining I can't imagine how its going to be even better in the second half.
I somehow related to the family and their complex relationships, but at the end everything was just a misunderstanding. The dad is not a bad dad and the mom is not a bad mom. And the siblings are cute with each other. So, it made me kind of disappointed because at the end of the day they are good human beings and it's a good family. The things i felt i related to are actually has no existence if that make sense. But nonetheless it was a nice journey. I LOVED THE OLDER SISTER THE MOST.
oh jiwoo and so disappointed in you, i mean i get it when someone is adult and want to make the decision of his life, but guess what? your life overlap with others lives, with your family particularly. Such decisions is immature and childish no matter how old the person is.
I'd be fine if his character was good, but no. I don't like the fact that he might end up with Eun Joo..
wow at how you described her, I'm srsly so in love with her character. She had have enough, and she deserves a person who deserves her, not just a random dude.
